Attempted Murder of AIMI vs. USA Parent, Holly Alston

Terrell Scott is pictured at the top, left corner. The other mental patients in this collage were killed under the color of law, including Larry Neal, bottom right.

An attempt was made to kill a claimant to "AIMI vs. USA" a planned International Court civil action (this article will be repeated in comments plus read aloud on radio). "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") vs. USA" is a lawsuit to protect the civil and human rights of mentally ill Americans, which will be filed in 2015. More than 100 claimants are expected to use "AIMI vs. USA" to allege neglect, wrongful deaths, and prisoner torture, including long-term solitary confinement while denied visits for years or even decades.

AIMI will also sue for damages regarding chronic homelessness, denial of mental health care, rapes, exposure to HIV AIDS, brutality by police and corrections officers, housing discrimination, lengthy incarceration with trials denied in violation of Sixth Amendment rights, and America's refusal to prosecute police officers and prison guards who abuse and kill mentally ill Americans. Unfortunately, people in the United States with mental disabilities are usually denied protection under any of the domestic and international laws listed below:

Blaring failures exist regarding the U.S. Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), the Civil Rights Act, the Convention Against Torture, and Executive Order 13107, implementing human rights treaties.

ATTEMPTED MURDER AND A LIKELY MOTIVE

Holly Alston, an "AIMI vs. USA" claimant, told the radio audience about the recent attempt on her life at "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") vs. USA" Blogtalkradio show dated March 26.
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2015/03/26/assistance-to-the-incarcerated-mentally-ill-aimi-vs-usa

Alston revealed that an advocate from the prisoners' rights group "New Vision Organization" contacted the Pennsylvania Bar about improprieties by Terrell Scott's attorney, Phil Lauer, Esq. Lauer induced his mentally ill client to waive his right to a speedy trial, then he refused court dates for Scott by claiming on court records that Scott was not ready for trial. The prosecutor also lied on court records and reported that Scott was not available for trial because he was in a mental hospital when that was not true. I have written numerous articles about Scott's wrongful incarceration. Please search online for "Mary Neal Terrell Scott." Scott's defense lawyer appeared to be working together with Scott's prosecutor to keep the "Pennsylvania vs. Terrell Scott" out of trial, apparently because the prosecutor had no chance of winning his case in a just court. See proof at this article:
"Terrell Scott, Too Crazy for Trial but Competent for a Plea Deal"
http://freespeakblog.blogspot.com/2014/01/terrell-scott-too-crazy-for-trial-but.html

Phil Lauer, Esq.

The Bar complaint against Lauer was probably received by the Bar on Monday during the first week of March. On the following Wednesday, a murder attempt was made on Holly Alston, Scott's mother, who vowed to continue to fight for her innocent mentally ill son's prison release until the day she DIES, if necessary. Alston drove her car home from work Wednesday afternoon without problems, but she heard strange noises as she drove and had trouble steering during a quick drive later that night. She canceled her trip to visit Scott because of this.

When she reached her auto service company Thursday, the attendants notified Alston about the attempt on her life. The lugs had been loosened and were missing from her rear tire on the driver's side while the car had been parked in front of Alston's house. If Alston had tried to travel to visit Scott Wednesday night as she had planned, she certainly would have lost control of her car on the mountainous roads.

"Somebody must really hate you," Alston's auto mechanic said.

"AIMI vs. USA" claimants must recognize that a mentally ill inmate is worth an average of $4million to prison investors over the course of a life sentence (generally, persons with mental illness are excessively sentenced or re-sentenced while incarcerated to prevent prison release. See an article in "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog about Damion Hayes, for examples). Trying to extract such persons from the prison industrial complex is froth with danger, but neglected and abused Americans must get up and stand up for your rights. Please don't give up the fight. It is useless to beg for human and civil rights from elitist slave masters like those who enslaved Africans and Native Americans for centuries, interned the Japanese in concentration camps, and made early European immigrants slaves and indentured servants. "Power concedes nothing without a demand; it never has, and it never will" ~Frederick Douglass.
FIRST AMENDMENT VIOLATIONS

I tried to post the "AIMI vs. USA" Blogtalkradio show's link about the murder attempt at Google+ and share it with my many followers there and especially some people and agencies who I hoped could help ensure Holly Alston's safety (see the link above in this article). Either Google+ or cyber stalkers prevented the post from publishing. See proof on two screenshots below (click to enlarge photos):

The following screenshot shows my message to the government agencies, organizations and activists with whom I tried to share the news about Alston's endangerment:

Censorship is a double wrong. It violates the rights of the listener as well as the speaker, according to Frederick Douglass, a slavery abolitionist of the 1800's. Americans, especially Black people, continue to experience compromised communication because elite white supremacists are offended by our attempts to free ourselves and our victimized family members even in the 21st century. For example, Holly Alston endures Legal Abuse Syndrome while trying to protect her innocent, mentally challenged son as well as her 11-year-old from the State of Pennsylvania. Her circumstances caused her to have a heart attack while in her 40's. (Pennsylvania threatened Alston, saying that if she somehow gets Scott out of prison, the state will take her youngest son away from her. Apparently, the state demands one of this Black woman's sons.)

As director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, and an advocate and survivor of murdered mentally ill heart patient Larry Neal, I became the most censored person in America years ago. I do not ordinarily share much information about my censorship and intimidation at this "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog out of concern for my readers, some of whom have nervous conditions, and understandably so. However, I feel that all "AIMI vs. USA" claimants must know about the attempt on Holly Alston's life and that their concerns about being "targeted" are valid.

News about "AIMI vs. USA" is apparently attacked by Internet companies or some government agency that has control over the Internet companies. Stalkers will not allow me to freely use my First Amendment rights to try to move mental illness away from the criminal justice system back to the health care arena, where mental illness should be addressed. My telephones and computers have been attacked and taken over. I have been refused assistance by federal authorities, which ignore my requests, and by the DeKalb County Police Department (one of my main suspects). In fact, a DeKalb County detective claimed that it is NOT illegal to censor Mary Neal. I also suspect the National Security Agency (NSA), which was given the right to wage cyber wars under NDAA, although my censorship precedes that law by years.

On March 24, I uploaded a petition at Care2 Petitionsite to announce "AIMI vs. USA," our International Court lawsuit on behalf of mentally ill Americans who endure negligence, brutality, and wrongful deaths. Today when I was not logged in at my computer, I browsed as a guest and discovered that Care2 or its stalkers had redirected the "AIMI vs. USA" petition link a "page-not-found" web page. The link worked and signatures were coming in fast after publication on March 24, but on March 26, I was not allowed to see the petition which should have had many more signatures and comments. The petition stopped working when I added a film showing a mentally ill man being killed by Dallas police within seconds of their arrival at his home. The YouTube video https://youtu.be/-aALArJP4rw which Care2 censors is embedded below.

The video above shows the June 14, 2014, fatal shooting of mental patient Jason Harrison, 38, who was killed while holding a screwdriver after his mother called 911 for help getting him to Parkland Hospital. Dallas police gave Harrison two seconds to respond to a command to "Drop that for me, guy." How was Harrison to know WHAT he was ordered to drop? It could have been his pants for all he knew. The police did not have time for giving clear instructions. They claimed they "feared for their lives."

AIMI believes that it is inappropriate to hide the many murders of mentally ill and homeless people in the United States. We must expose and oppose corruption that allows police officers and prison guards to kill thousands of people every year who experience psychiatric crises or live homeless. Yet, Care2 took our petition offline when the video of Jason Harrison was added. Proof is below:

Please see the PETITION that should have been reached  http://www.thepetitionsite.com/713/784/918/aimi-v-usa/

I plan to sue Care2 and other Internet companies about censorship that is used to prevent AIMI's advocacy for human rights. I hope that this time, a lawyer will come forward to represent me. That is my dream although I am perceived as being an "immaterial" black woman who challenges elite white supremacists' right to allow the abuse and murders of "useless eaters" in America. People have a right to know that federal court ruled that The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm's fraud against the Neal family was "immaterial" after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. Americans cannot change negative circumstances they do not know about, and unfortunately, media companies refuse to report that The Cochran Firm claimed innocence by nonexistence (a new defense that probably only works for CoIntelPro).

The Cochran Firm accepted contract as our wrongful death attorneys in a blatant conflict of interest immediately after Larry's death, then the lawyers did fraud and withheld legal services while the statute of limitations ran. The Federal Court order dismissing our case against the treacherous attorneys apparently means the Neal family's right to due process and Larry Neal's right to life are considered irrelevant in America. That fact has been reaffirmed in numerous deaths by police that have turned the USA itself into something of a concentration camp for Black men, homeless people, and mentally challenged Americans of every race. We are very thankful that there is an alternative for people who endure discrimination and violence: the International Court of Human Rights.

If Care2 only values animal rights and human rights advocacy is unwelcome, it should have made that clear before I poured thousands of hours into building my advocacy group there from 2007 until 2010, when I basically conceded to CoIntelPro. I gave up when stalkers started aggravating some of my mentally ill members ferociously. I feared for their health and safety. Continuously provoking people who have diagnosed mental conditions is unwise, and the government or whomever hires stalkers should not do that to people who have lower tolerance levels. It was as though they wanted AIMI members to have breakdowns. If Care2 invests in prisons like Microsoft does, maybe that was its intention.

The video embedded below captured stalkers preventing my ability to alert the public about U.S. congressional bill H.R.619. The mental health care bill was introduced by Rep. Eddie Johnson in January 2009 to resume Medicaid for mental hospital insurance but was denied news coverage from mainstream media companies. Resuming Medicaid insurance for psychiatric inpatients would threaten prison profits; therefore, my post about H.R.619 was not allowed to publish. No interference would have happened at Care2 if I had been advocating for pet insurance. Advocacy for lions, tigers, and bears is welcome at Care2, but advocacy for human rights for mentally ill and homeless people is treated like terrorism.

The video at YouTube https://youtu.be/mTnBUYoJtk4 (embedded above) proves that prison investors moonlighting as public officials seem to act in direct conflicts of interest to do or allow censorship against Mary Neal's advocacy to replace incarceration with hospitalization for mentally ill Americans. Stalkers virtually took over my AIMI group at Care2. At Twitter, my tweets about H.R.619 were published among tweets that had posted hours earlier in order to limit the number of people who saw my tweets. My censorship spans the entire Internet; wherever I go, I am censored, especially when I write about mental illness and executions.

AIMI members and friends, now you know the ugly truth. Censorship is used to prevent your knowledge about crimes against humanity that are happening every day in America to our most vulnerable fellow citizens: people with acute mental illness -- not only to Blacks like Terrell Scott but also to whites like Kelly Thomas. We should demand prosecution of criminals who terrorize or attempt to murder parents who join "AIMI vs. USA" to win damages for pain and suffering. Potential claimants must find the courage to get up and stand up for their rights. Families of acute mentally ill Americans have a right to go to the United Nations' International Court to gain relief from torture in jails, hospitals, and prisons and to get restitution for wrongful deaths. We must be like slavery abolitionists of America's previous slavery era who demanded justice despite risks from angry slave masters.

I sent an email to the United Nations last week to ask that the "AIMI vs. USA" director and claimants be given whatever help communicating that people in repressive regimes need in order to organize human rights lawsuits against their governments. AIMI needs protection from stalkers who control Mary Neal's phones and Internet access. Since stalkers attacked my email account at Gmail, one cannot swear the United Nations actually received the request. Judging by the amount of cyber stalking that is applied to this paragraph, it is unlikely that stalkers allowed the email to reach the U.N.

We will TRY to reach the U.N. by phone, but I have no way of knowing if whomever answers the call will actually BE a United Nations employee. Stalkers have frequently answered my calls and pretended to be the parties I called, and stalkers sometimes redirect calls I should receive to their residences or companies instead. Stalkers have already demonstrated their ability to redirect calls away from my Google Voice computer phone, my cellphone, my radio programs at Blogtalkradio, and my home phone (AT&T uses prison laborers and may be adversarial to decriminalizing mental illness). It disheartening that U.N. ambassadors also experienced privacy violations last year, possibly by NSA.

Secretary of State John Kerry reportedly said, "Americans have a right to be stupid." AIMI believes Americans should have a corresponding protected right under domestic and international law to be informed.

EXPOSING WRONGDOING SAVES LIVES

While the Care2 "AIMI vs. USA" petition was offline, I wondered if the reason AIMI's director could not access the petition was because potential claimants for "AIMI vs. USA" had written comments requesting help for starving prisoners or inmates who were otherwise at risk. Nikko Albanese was starving to death in a Florida prison before I published an article about his dire condition. The young bipolar man, who is nearly six feet tall and normally weighs 160 pounds, had dropped to a dangerous 120 pounds. Since AIMI exposed his dire circumstances, Nikko has reportedly been put on a high-calorie diet, and his mother was allowed to visit the SHU inmate for the first time in two years.

A reported 346 inmates died in Florida's prison system in 2014 alone (that total may not include jail deaths). If that death rate was true for all 50 states, America's prison death total for 2014 would be 17,300 prison inmates. A total of 4,491 U.S. service members were killed in Iraq between 2003 and 2014. Therefore, America's 1.25 million mentally ill inmates are significantly more endangered than our battlefield soldiers. Risk to soldiers actually increases substantially after transitioning home.

Thousands of U.S. veterans return home unscratched and become prisoners of war in America due to post traumatic stress disorder they contracted in battle. Many such veterans die because of neglect and abuse like Jerome Murdough, who was baked to death in Riker's Island Jail, and Anthony Hill, who was shot to death in DeKalb County, Georgia by police officer Robert Olsen as Hill jogged naked, unarmed, and harmless. Police have only to say, "I feared for my life," no matter how doubtful the assertion is.

Thank you, Google and AIMI members, for caring about Nikko Albanese. I believe your interest helped to saved his life. Numerous mentally ill persons have already starved to death in America's correctional institutions in various states. If you need assistance, please contact me by phone at (678)531-0262 or by emailing me at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Title the message "AIMI vs. USA," if you email me. Almost NO messages reach my inbox except from Facebook and other social media companies. Unless I know what to search for, I may never see your correspondence.

Please see AIMI's article about Nikko in "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog, which Google carried as a Google Alert (the blog's index listing all articles should appear on the left margin). See more abuses and wrongful deaths of mentally challenged people, and please elect to "follow" this blog.

Holly Alston, Terrell Scott, and Kai

It is extremely sad that an attempt was made on Holly Alston's life, likely by a prison investor who wants Terrell Scott to remain incarcerated indefinitely without trial as an opportunity to extract Americans' tax money. We must not be deterred by Nazis. AIMI claimants have to take a stand against oppression, especially because 1.25 million mentally ill Americans are imprisoned, and tens of thousands more wander our streets, chronically homeless and vulnerable.

The homeless endure attacks from community members as well as police officers, and many are killed every year. The exact number is unknown, because police only report these tragedies to the Justice Department if it suits them. There are usually several mentally challenged people killed by police every day in America. Consider the deaths at the website "Killed By Police.net" to be a partial list. It only includes cases that got news coverage, and it omits all of the people dying in jails and prisons. Today, a 77-year-old man died who Birmingham police shot in February. The old guy had dementia like 107-year-old Monroe Isadore did when Arkansas S.W.A.T. killed him in 2013.
http://www.myfoxal.com/story/28633139/man-77-shot-by-birmingham-officer-in-february-dies-of-his-injuries

Neither corrections nor law enforcement officers are likely to be prosecuted for mentally ill people's brutality and deaths, even if the deaths are ruled 'homicide' like Darren Rainey's and Daniel Linsinbigler's were. (Please Google Mary Neal with the name of each murdered inmate for more information).

Every mentally ill person on death row and all families of executed mental patients should join "AIMI vs. USA" claimants. Executing mentally ill and seriously retarded people violates international and domestic laws, yet it is done in the United States regularly. Georgia executed three mentally ill people recently, and Texas makes killing mentally challenged Americans a hobby. This writer is especially concerned about Texas death row inmates Andre Thomas, who ate both his own eyes while in custody, and Jeff Wood, who Texas admits never killed anyone, but the retarded youth was sentenced under the law of parties. AIMI is also concerned about Scott Panetti, a man with severe mental illness who was convicted of murder while representing himself in court wearing a cowboy costume. It was a travesty of justice that officers of the court probably still find funny.

HUMAN RIGHTS DEMAND

I hereby ask the U.S. Government to stop all RICO Act racketeering and attempted murders against claimants in "AIMI vs. USA," our International Court civil action, under 18 U.S. Code § 242, which regards deprivation of rights under the color of law, and all other applicable laws. However, from my experiences, which I do not usually discuss here out of respect for nervous AIMI members, the federal government itself is a likely suspect. You can write to the Department of Justice and insist that telephone and computer interference as well as Internet censorship, terrorism, and murder attempts on "AIMI vs. USA" parents be investigated and stopped: AskDOJ@usdoj.gov

Justice has failed the mentally ill and their families in the USA; therefore, we must seek help from the international community. "Why sit we here until we die?" ~Holy Bible.

HELP WANTED

AIMI needs your energy and talent. Please consider working with AIMI as we continue advocacy for eliminating discrimination against people with serious mental illness. Call me at (678)531-0262 or (571)335-1741 daily between 11:00 am EST and 2pm EST to discuss becoming an AIMI volunteer. Emails should be sent to MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Please title your email "AIMI volunteer." We expect to have funding eventually, and all volunteer positions may eventually be salaried. Meanwhile, working as a volunteer gives excellent work experience in areas that one may not initially qualify for as a paid employee, and volunteering helps young people build their resumes, especially students.

Retired professionals and unemployed people also find volunteer work meaningful and satisfying. Mental illness affects families from all socioeconomic backgrounds and all races, and there is work for everyone to do no matter who you are or what your educational level is. Consider working to improve life for millions of Americans through AIMI.

We thank Zora Jay, a retired psychiatric nurse, for volunteering as AIMI's coordinator for persons with drug/alcohol dependencies. Email her if your relative needs helping getting into a drug/alcohol treatment program at ZoraJayPhoenix@gmail.com

If you need a letter from AIMI to officials on your behalf, please contact AIMI's director, Mary Neal. Diana Sprouse has volunteered to make phone calls and write letters on your behalf. You may have trouble accessing psychiatric treatment for yourself or a relative or letters to court or prison officials, etc. AIMI is here for you.

AIMI will publish a fundraiser to invite your gifts to help AIMI have better computer technical assistance and part-time clerical help. AIMI hopes you will participate. We declare that Nazi Germany, which isolated and killed roughly 300,000 people labeled as mentally ill, was wrong in asserting that persons with mental health disabilities were "useless life." Instead, AIMI declares that ALL LIVES MATTER. We hope you will show that you agree by helping "AIMI vs. USA." Please begin by signing and sharing "AIMI vs. USA" petition, and please share a link to this article.

How can you help? Follow this blog, and listen to the George Mallinckrodt Blogtalkradio presentations we taped January 11 and January 15, and again in March 2015. Mallinckrodt exposed brutality and a murder against mentally ill inmates in his book, "Getting Away with Murder," and was fired from his position as a psychotherapist in Florida prisons as a consequence of his objections to torture. Human and civil rights of persons with mental disabilities in the United States are treated as nonexistent. Your purchase of his book will help him regarding the loss of his salary for upholding human rights.

It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. That happens to mentally ill people routinely in the nation's correctional facilities. What happened to Larry Neal? Why are we still asking that question after eleven years? Cover-ups regarding the wrongful deaths of mentally ill inmates and free people in the USA are common but vile, nonetheless.

We Demand Dog Justice for Mentally Ill Americans

We demand Dog Justice for Mentally Ill Americans
http://DogJusticeforMentallyIll.blogspot.com

We at Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) perceive that our pleas for human and civil rights of our most vulnerable citizens have fallen on deaf ears. Our relatives, friends, neighbors, and fellow countrymen who have serious mental illness are still being murdered during arrest attempts and as jail and prison inmates. Although America spends whatever is necessary to train military personnel, police and corrections officers still patrol our streets and correctional facilities without crisis intervention team (CIT) training and kill unarmed people experiencing psychiatric crises without any accountability.

DOG JUSTICE

Too bad you weren't a dog, my brother
In my heart, I cried
Many more people would care about you
And wonder why you died
You had no spots or floppy ears
You never fetched a ball
Instead, you were a human being
But poor, black, and flawe
You died in jail for mental illness
I know down in my heart
Your death would be investigated
If only you could bark
Dog deaths get swift justice
Their abusers are sent to jail
Poor Mama would have closure now
If you'd had a wagging tail
But you were made in God's image
And some day, I have no doubt
The mentally ill and American dogs
Will have at least equal clout
~ by Mary Neal, all rights protected

Inpatient hospital insurance that was wrongly withdrawn from mental patients in the 1970's has never resumed, although deinstitutionalization and reduction of community treatment programs for sick people was a failed experiment that left 1.25 million mental patients to rot in jails and prisons throughout the country at a tremendous expense to taxpayers - over $100 billion annually. In addition, withholding treatment unless and until crimes happen leaves everybody at risk - psychiatric patients, their families, and our communities. We Demand Change Now.

Time is up. We are taking the USA to the U.N. in AIMI vs. USA - http://AIMI-HumanRights.blogspot.com >>No more killing sick, naked veterans, 107-year-old men experiencing old age dementia, petite, middle-age Latino ladies standing alone and vulnerable in their driveways, double amputees in their care homes, and no more prison murders and secret arrests and jail murders. We demand an end to withholding psychiatric treatment in order to await a crime that excuses the arrest of mental patients for avoidable tragedies without any concern about who is hurt. No more racketeering to earn prison profits at the expense of what is just, humane, and safer for our communities. Americans have had enough.

Decriminalize mental illness now. Move it back to being treated as a health condition and away from the criminal justice arena. We demand:

(1) AOT programs (subsistence assistance and mandated treatment),
(2) crisis intervention team (CIT) training for police and corrections officers, and accountability for those who ignore their training to brutalize and kill sick people, and
(3) resumption of Medicaid insurance for psychiatric inpatients, which was stopped in the 1970s and led to the privatization of jails and prisons.

More than 50 percent of the deaths by police on the website "killed by police" were mentally ill victims. Over half the nation's 2.3 million inmates are mentally ill. We recognize that prison investors are allowed to make budgetary decisions and will NOT budget monies necessary to deal fairly with citizens who have serious mental illness, because to do so would reduce the value of their own stock portfolios. No more of this racketeering! Stop the mass arrest and violence against mentally challenged Americans today. Stop subjecting innocent police officers and ordinary citizens to avoidable tragedies to line your own pockets. STOP DOGGIN' US AROUND!

47 Senators: Truce-breaking Truth-tellers

When 47 GOP senators wrote a letter to Iran warning about their intention to dishonor any nuclear agreement that President Obama may make with Iran, the world was outraged. A spokesman from Iran pointed out that it would be breaking international law for America to dishonor the agreement. However, as any Native American and African American can attest, truce breaking is usual and ordinary in the United States. This is especially true regarding people with mental disabilities. Since it is customary to dishonor agreements made with Americans, can Iran or any other country expect anything more? Which of the following domestic and international laws was not dishonored repeatedly today?

United States officials have signed contracts with the American people and the United Nations that regard the rights of U.S. citizens. Failing to honor these contracts erodes America's ability to influence other countries, just as the Vice President said, especially in the area of human rights. Refusal to honor the agreements signed in years past negatively impacts the United States' credibility and global leadership and makes suspect any and all future agreements.

The video at YouTube https://youtu.be/mTnBUYoJtk4 proves that prison investors moonlighting as public officials, in direct conflicts of interest, censor Mary Neal's advocacy to replace incarceration with hospitalization for persons with serious mental illness. That censorship violates all of the documents named above. Mentally ill Americans, including U.S. veterans, are continually killed during arrest attempts and as inmates in jails and prisons because none of the covenants that would protect them are being honored. The video embedded below regards censorship surrounding U.S. congressional bill H.R.619. It proves that Neal's freedom of press was violated to prevent Americans from knowing about the mental health care bill that would have resumed Medicaid insurance for psychiatric inpatients:

Ignoring the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal also violates all laws and conventions intended to protect the rights of Americans who are poor, black, or mentally and physically disabled, such as this man who was held under secret incarceration for 18 days and murdered on August 1, 2003, by yet undisclosed means. Government kidnappings and murders were illegal in 2003. Although extrajudicial assassinations have been legalized in America now, such murders are supposedly reserved for terrorists and cannot legally be used to exterminate the nation's sick citizens like Nazi Germany did.

It seems ridiculous to criticize truth-tellers like the 47 senators who revealed plans to break covenant with Iran even before any nuclear agreement is reached. Since truce-breaking is usual and ordinary when it comes to the government's dealings with its own people, how can people in any other nation expect something different?

The Word warns in 2 Timothy 3:1-5 what manner of leaders will reign in the Last Days:

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, TRUCEBREAKERS, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Numerous mentally ill people who happened to be black were killed in police violence incidents last week. One of them was a man who served in the Afghanistan conflict for over four years. Anthony Hill, 27, was a U.S. Air Force veteran who was shot dead in Decatur, Georgia while outdoors naked and unarmed and experiencing a bipolar crisis. Naked men cannot possibly have a concealed weapon, but it is doubtful if the policeman who killed him will be held accountable. Another black man was addicted to drugs and had passed out in a residence in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Darrell Gatewood was handcuffed by police while lying on the floor unconscious. Police then dragged Gatewood outdoors and deposited him into a puddle of muddy water where they Tasered him to death. The water made the current from policemen's Tasers act like electric shock. Gatewood was electrocuted. None of the police officers in these or any murders of mentally ill citizens is likely to be prosecuted, and if any are, they are extremely unlikely to be convicted and sentenced for their crimes. The 47 senators who vowed to break any agreement America makes with Iran gave the world refreshing truth. I solute them for doing that.

Repeat of paragraph 1: When 47 GOP senators wrote a letter to Iran warning about their intention to dishonor any nuclear agreement that President Obama may make with Iran, the world was outraged.

Cop Kills Naked, Unarmed, Sick U.S. Veteran

NAKED, UNARMED, SICK U.S. VETERAN KILLED BY POLICE ~ DeKalb County police officer Robert Olsen fatally shot Anthony Hill, 27, on Monday, March 9, while responding to reports of a suspicious person knocking on doors and crawling on the ground naked at an apartment complex just outside Atlanta. Hill began running toward Olsen and didn't stop when ordered to, DeKalb County Chief of Police Cedric Alexander told reporters Monday.

Hill had served more than four years in the U.S. Air Force when he was medically discharged a few years ago, his girlfriend, Bridget Anderson, told The Associated Press in a telephone interview Wednesday. He was being treated by a VA doctor for bipolar disorder but stopped taking the medication a week or two ago because he didn't like the side effects, including stiffening in his jaw, she said. (by KATHLEEN FOODY and KATE BRUMBACK, of Associated Press)

As a black mentally ill man, Hill was considered extremely expendable in the United States. Either of those distinctions is potentially deadly, but it is extremely dangerous to be both. It should have been obvious to Officer Olsen that the naked man had no concealed weapons and lethal force was unwarranted. The article reports that Christopher Chestnut, Esq. said his law firm will conduct its own investigation, but argued that a naked and unarmed man posed no imminent threat to the officer or anyone else. Online Wake for OKCPD Taser Victim, Darrell Gatewood

Darrell Gatewood was Tasered to death by Oklahoma City police officers on March 1, 2015, the same day that Los Angeles police officers shot Africa to death, an unarmed homeless man. Gatewood was handcuffed by police officers inside the residence, then dragged outside and deposited in a puddle of water where he was electrocuted by Taser. His death was apparently an execution without the benefit of judge or jury.

Gatewood self-medicated with drugs. Gatewood's family reports that he had bought and used synthetic marijuana shortly prior to his girlfriend called 911 last Sunday, without any expectation that the responders were significantly more stressed and unpredictable than Gatewood was. The unarmed man was killed, although he presented no immediate danger to police or anyone else. In fact, Gatewood had passed out on the floor before officers arrived according to eyewitnesses to his execution.

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) advocates against the homelessness, incarceration, prisoner torture, and wrongful deaths of people with drugs and alcohol dependencies just as we do regarding the neglect and abuse of persons with serious mental illnesses. We advocate for their civil and human rights and try to console families of such persons when deaths occur under the color of law. Some news reports said that Gatewood had mental health problems, but his family denies this. His family members who spoke with this writer said that Gatewood had no mental illness but did have a drug addiction.

An online wake for Gatewood was sponsored by National Network in Action (NNIA) channel on Blogtalkradio on Saturday, March 7, 2015. Members of Gatewood's family expressed the negative impact his death has on his family, especially Gatewood's children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Gatewood was the family babysitter and the primary organizer of family dinners and get-togethers. He was an excellent cook and a man who stepped in as a mentor to the children, some of whom no longer have immediate access to their own father.

Roscoe, who was Gatewood's brother, is presently wrongfully incarcerated. He and numerous other members of Gatewood's family spoke at the online wake sponsored by Rev. Floyd Harris, director of National Network in Action (NNIA1), and Mary Neal, the program's host. It is embedded below and at

Oklahoma City is the Taser capital of America, with more Taser deaths than anywhere else in the nation, according to reports. Gatewood was the third member of his family to experience police brutality within the last few years. His cousin, Christopher Tucker, was stopped while driving and nearly Tasered to death a few years ago, and Tucker's son was also assaulted by police and arrested. Read about Tucker's case at the "Legal Victories" blog that carries the story: "U.S. Codes are Legal Victories"

Starving Mentally Ill Prisoners While Preventing Visits from Family

Mentally ill people who are warehoused in America's jails and prisons routinely starve to death. James Kenneth Embry, 57, starved to death in Kentucky State Prison. Carlos Umana, 20, starved to death in a privately-owned Utah Jail. Umana's mother was prevented from visiting her son during his torturous incarceration. This is now happening to Nikko Albanese in a Florida prison. Please read the 21 paragraphs below and contact Heather Chapman if you can help. Do not allow this abuse to repeat.

1. Heather Chapman said, "My 5 foot, 11 inch son has gone from his normal 160-pound weight to a skeletal 120 pounds after enduring solitary confinement for two years, where he remains today. My son seems to be starving to death in the Florida prison system. He looks like the Holocaust victims in Hitler's concentration camps. Please help us. Please save my son."

2. I would like you to meet my son, Nikko Albanese. Before the mental health crisis that led to his arrest, Nikko was a bright, loving, dependable, compassionate and quiet young man. He enjoyed slot car racing, listening to music, and being with his friends. He is an adoring older brother to two younger half-siblings. Nicole and Jackie look up to Nikko, and we all miss him very much. But to the State of Florida Department of Corrections, Nikko is known as DC Number B11083 and is currently housed in special confinement unit at the Union Correctional Institute in Raiford, Florida. My son is currently serving two concurrent sentences for robbery with a gun and possession of a gun. Nikko was sentenced at the age of 19, and his earliest release date is November 11, 1021, at which time he will be 28 years old.

3. Nikko was diagnosed with early onset bipolar disorder at the age of 10. At age 11, he started receiving social security disability. The State of Florida classified Nikko as disabled because of the bipolar disorder. He has been medicated for bipolar since the age of 10. His bipolar disorder medication completely contained his condition. Nikko may have had bipolar disorder and took medication, but other than that he was just an average kid. Most family friends were not even aware Nikko had bipolar disorder or took medication. The proper medication works well for Nikko. It evens out the chemicals within his brain. As long as Nikko was taking his medication, things were fine.

4. When Nikko turned 18, the health insurance and Social Security Disability stopped. According to the law, Social Security considered Nikko to be an adult. I was told that when disabled children like Nikko turn 18, they have to reapply for Social Security Disability as adults. I guess I should have known this, but Nikko had been on his health insurance and Social Security for so long that I just assumed it would continue. As I was gathering records and filling out all the necessary paperwork, Nikko did not have any medical insurance to pay for his medication, doctors or therapy. Once I completed all of the necessary documents and submitted the information from his doctors, I was told by Social Security that I am NOT allowed to fill out and submit the paperwork for Nikko. Rather, he must to do it himself. By this point Nikko had been off his medication and out of therapy for nearly a year, and his condition went from bad to worse. The discontinuation of Nikko's psychiatric treatment caused the mental health crisis that resulted in Nikko's crime.

5. Nikko's history of mental illness is very well documented, and the Sentencing Court was made fully aware of my sons’ history of psychiatric hospitalizations, past treatments, history of medications, and the need to receive the properly prescribed medicine for his continued treatment behind bars. The Court received copies of all his medical documents prior to his sentencing. In fact, the Court ordered that Nikko be examined by a Court appointed forensic psychiatrist.

6. Dr. Crosby was selected to evaluate Nikko. Over the period of several weeks, he met with my son and did an extensive evaluation in which he concurred with the diagnosis as stated in the mental health documents the Court received earlier. Most importantly Dr. Crosby told the Court that Nikko was in “a severe bipolar crisis that required immediate medical attention.” I was told that the county facility and ultimately the State Department of Corrections would address his medical and mental health needs.

7. For some reason, all of Nikko’s medical and psychiatric records were sealed by the Court (including the court-ordered evaluation). When Nikko was transported into state custody, these crucial records did not go with him. Shortly after Nikko arrived at the state prison, he was placed in solitary confinement. Nikko wrote to me and told me that he continually filled out medial request forms to receive medical and psychiatric treatment, but the prison administrators never responded.

8. Over the next two years, Nikko continually received disciplinary reports and sanctions. The ultimate result of the numerous sanctions was the suspension of all visitation privileges, and he could receive no telephone calls or packages. Nikko spent an excessive amount of time in solitary confinement. He was subjected to an unwarranted use of brutal force, restraints (including electronic) and chemical agents to “manage” my son, when in fact he was merely crying out for help. Nikko needed someone to recognize that he had mental health issues that were being ignored.

9. In February 2014, my son was found in his solitary confinement cell in a catatonic state. He was immediately taken to medical. For a human being to become catatonic is a very long and painful process. It should also be noted that this was the first time in his two-years of being in state custody that he received any form of medical/psychiatric attention for his previously diagnosed conditions. Nikko was then housed in the medical unit for seven to eight months and ultimately received a diagnosis of schizophrenia by the facility mental health team. He was eventually returned to solitary confinement for an alleged series of incidents that occurred while he was in a purportedly catatonic state at Charlotte Prison in Punta Gorta, Florida.

10. On September 19, 2014, I received a call from Corrections officials saying that they were moving my son to “a closed management prison": Union Correctional Institution, where he is currently housed. I requested and have received copies of all of my sons’ medical and mental health records since he was placed in State custody as well as copies of his disciplinary records.

11. To this day, Nikko is still in a medical unit that the Florida State Department of Corrections refers to as a “TCU Unit.” Whatever they want to call it, it is still solitary confinement. They just call it a different name. Whenever an inmate in this unit is removed from his cell for whatever reasons, including a shower, he is handcuffed and shackled. It’s possible that Nikko may spend the remainder of his time in prison in a TCU unit.

12. Throughout his childhood, Nikko was successfully treated for bipolar disorder. Nikko was damaged by not receiving medical care for over two years and is presently diagnosed as being schizophrenic. Inmates in the TCU units are not allowed to receive any packages, be it holiday packages, sneakers or clothes. Because of Nikko's declining condition and his fear of words and pictures contained in letters, books or magazines, he has absolutely no communication.

13. The sentencing court misled me. I was told by the sentencing court that my son would receive immediate medical and mental health care and that the state facility would be made aware of his condition. Why was it that Nikko did not receive any care until two years after arriving at a state facility? Why did Florida wait until he had deteriorated to a catatonic state before treating his mental illness? How could any human being allow this to happen to another human being?

14. My anxiety about Nikko has grown as I continually read and see videos about the mistreatment and deaths of inmates in Florida who are being held or were interned at some of the same correctional facilities as my son. I worry because my son is not in a position to protect himself against violent assaults. Use of excessive force is unacceptable, but corrections officers are seldom censured. There is no need for excessive force, especially for someone who is catatonic like my son was.

15. Someone needs to be held accountable for such violent and brutal behavior that the State of Florida's correctional staff has used on mentally ill inmates. It scares me, because no one is being held accountable for the brutal assaults, the mistreatment or inmates' deaths - even when such deaths are ruled "homicide". As I read about the torture and wrongful deaths that happen to Florida prisoners in the newspaper and see films about abuses on television, I wonder how many other cases of brutality do we not hear about. The new Secretary of Corrections has placed a “gag order” on those who were going public about what goes on behind those steel doors, closed gates, locked and secure fences.

16. After two years of being denied all contact, I was allowed one phone call with Nikko on January 5, 2015. My sister had called the warden at Union Correctional Institution. In exchange for my phone call, she had to promise that she would get me to stop my public outcry for help. She had to promise that I would not go to the press or others if I were allowed just one phone call with my son. It was during this phone call that I realized my son didn't remember me. He has trouble with long term and short term memory. His speech is delayed. Nikko is deteriorating to the point where he cannot read or write letters. He cannot have books of any kind in his cell; apparently, the words and pictures in books disturb him greatly.

17. I realized during this precious phone call that my son is deteriorating rapidly. The medical records that I have obtained from the prison clearly state that Nikko is deteriorating. The only connection I have with my son right now is through the prison doctor, Dr. Biskey. The doctor told me that Nikko has not come out of his cell in weeks, maybe months. It is evident that my son is slipping out of reality, out of society and into a kind of protective shell. I am afraid that he will continue to decline until it will be so bad that no one will be able to reach him.

18. Nikko has been in solitary confinement for over two years now. Effects of being in long-term solitary confinement can mimic the symptoms of schizophrenia. For this reason, I question whether Nikko truly does have schizophrenia or if could this be a misdiagnosis. The bottom line is that my son is not being treated for any of his preexisting conditions. He is being treated only for the “newly diagnosed schizophrenia. Nikko was doing well when he was treated for bipolar disorder as a teenager. If only I had not been prevented from applying for Nikko's medical insurance and social security when he reached age 18, none of this might have happened.

19. Nikko has been visited by two separate organizations in Florida who advocate on behalf of people with disabilities, both of which have declined to help. Why would these “trained professionals” ask Nikko specifically about alleged abuse, neglect, inadequate medical care, and deterioration? Why would they ask Nikko these questions right in front closed circuit cameras and audio recording equipment, with armed prison guards within earshot? My son was in survival mode, knowing that if he answered them truthfully he would be in danger. Nikko probably is already in danger simply because these people went to see him. Why would anyone trust Nikko's word anyway? Nikko is an inmate. He committed a crime, and as such, society and courts of law view him as untrustworthy. His word means nothing. I'm sorry but that is the reality of the situation. What does it matter what my son says?

20. The proof is documented in the medical records, the disciplinary records and in the current physical and mental state my son is in, the majority of which is probably attributable to the two years of solitary confinement he has endured. I now have NO contact with Nikko. The prison suspended all visitation privileges until late this summer. Who is going to be my eyes and ears? Who is going to look out for my son? Who has his back - certainly not the State of Florida Department of Corrections or the private company that provides inmates with medical and mental health care.

James Kenneth Embry died Jan. 13, 2014, after a four-month hunger strike that took 32 pounds off his 6-foot frame in the last month of his life. Since his death the lead physician at the prison has been fired and state officials are in the midst of dismissing the lead psychologist.

Carlos Umana, 20, starved to death in a privately-owned Utah Jail
http://solitarywatch.com/2011/06/06/mentally-ill-inmate-starves-to-death-in-utah-jail/

The Salt Lake City Tribune reports that a young prisoner who apparently suffered from serious mental illness died of starvation and dehydration after spending four months in the Salt Lake County Jail, much of them in solitary confinement. Carlos Umana, 20, weighed at 180 pounds when he entered the jail in October 2010; when he died on February 27, he weighed just 77 pounds. Tests showed that none of his prescribed psychiatric drugs were in his system at the time of his death.
