Mentally Ill Americans Disallowed Advocates

I am sorry to report that you and/or your relatives and neighbors are targeted for mass arrest, brutality, and murders that continue under the color of law, especially targeting brain damaged people. Unfortunately, you are not allowed advocates against these crimes that happen continuously. We will continue to fight together, however, and it helps to know who one's enemies are.

The hackers who are illegally controlling my computer usage have been found. On July 14, there were three(3) devices legitimately using Wi-Fi from my modem, but the AT&T list showed seven(7) were online with me using my network through my modem. That means they must be close neighbors (the citizens police I have written about). This film at https://youtu.be/387PbHHh8o8 is evidence. Later, there were ten(10) devices connected to my modem, seven(7) of which were illegal. Proof was captured and saved on the pdf document at the link below https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7OOCl9xjk33NjAzS0VaWFlJZU0/view?usp=sharing .

On July 16, I was on the phone with an AT&T tech, who was helping me to "whitelist" only the MAC and IP addresses my home uses, and that should keep all others out. The hackers became angry, apparently, and my modem stopped being able to get the WiFi at all. I called police, and an officer came who refused to take the IP addresses of my intruders. He said that a detective would call me and get the information on Sunday, July 17. No detective called. On July 18, and I called police again and learned that the police officer never filed a police report and that no detective had been assigned to investigate the takeover and disabling of my modem. This is very possibly because the hackers are themselves police officers. I will go now and apply for a restraining/protective order, although Georgia courts have already ruled my family as "immaterial."

AIMI for Bernie Sanders in Michigan

ATTENTION, MICHIGAN AIMI FAMILIES, if you think presidents have no power regarding America's mental health care system, consider the damage done by President Ronald Reagan in closing mental hospitals without provisions for community treatment and subsistence assistance for tens of thousands of psychiatric inpatients he released, including some who had been hospitalized for decades. Their deinstitutionalization without proper provisions for continued treatment and subsistence gave rise to today's tragic denials of treatment, which usually end in incarceration. Today, 1.25 million of America's inmates are mentally ill. Closing hospitals without providing for continued care of former psychiatric inpatients caused patients, families, and communities to suffer. And still we suffer, although over $100 billion per year of tax dollars is spent to continue mass incarceration.

Many former inpatients wandered homeless on our streets after Reaganomics closed mental hospitals, and even in 2016, America's chronically homeless population are mostly persons with mental illness and substance abuse issues. Some former inpatients starved to death after "deinstitutionalization" or were burned to death in vacant houses and abandoned warehouses. Others died from neglect of physical diseases, and some were killed by police‬ during lunacy arrests, but most were arrested for vagrancy or panhandling. Once arrested, mentally ill citizens' sentences are lengthened if they "disobey" prison rules they don't understand. Yet, taxpayers saved nothing when hospitals closed or reduced services because Medicaid insurance would no longer pay for inpatient psychiatric services.

Working class people simply cannot afford private psychiatrists and care centers, but we can rely on Bernie Sanders. The Washington Post wrote, "Michigan's primary Tuesday is critical for Bernie Sanders. The state is offering 147 delegates, the most since Texas. (Mississippi is also voting Tuesday.) Michigan's middle-class, union-voter makeup has the potential to play to Sanders's strengths."

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill urges voters to elect only people who have proved their devotion to human rights, like Senator Sanders has. Read some of his platform stances below:
~ Sanders is against the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP). TPP is expected to negatively impact U.S. workers and limit Americans' use of Internet services.
~ Sanders is against racism and always has been. He was arrested as a 21-year-old college student at Chicago University for demonstrating with Blacks for better educational opportunities.
~ Sanders is against privatizing prisons and jails. He and others in Congress introduced H.R.3543 in September 2015, the "Justice Is Not for Sale Act." If it passes, our local, state, and federal government will be barred from contracting with private prison companies, and predatory pricing on prisoners' phone calls, etc., will end.
~ Sanders would raise minimum wage.
~ Sanders would give free tuition for qualified students and lower the interest on student loans.
~ Sanders is for universal healthcare.
~ Sanders voted AGAINST the Iraqi War.
~ Sanders voted against the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in October 2015.

~ Sanders is for unions and workers' rights.
~ Sanders is censored like AIMI is, and his supporters are apparently censored. News reports largely ignored the fact that demonstrations supporting SANDERS FOR PRESIDENT were held in from 45 to 70 cities throughout the nation before Super Tuesday.

Voters have a duty to consider which candidates are likely to positively impact their families and communities as well as the nation as a whole. For AIMI members and all middle class and poor families with mentally challenged loved ones, it won't matter if our elected officials have wombs or a certain complexion or religion or ethnicity. It may not matter as much as we think it does which political party the candidates represent. What matters is whether we elect representatives who care about what we constituents consider our main concerns. For people who have alcohol/drug addictions and/or mental illness or relatives with those issues, we must elect someone who will address the problem of privatized prisons, jails, and probation services. Bernie Sanders has already done that by introducing the H.R.3543 "Justice Is Not For Sale Act." Sanders walks his talk. Learn how he voted on other matters. Sanders' voting record is online at "Vote Smart." https://votesmart.org/candidate/key-votes/27110/bernie-sanders/47/military-personnel

Lead Poisoning Is Prison Profiteering

Feeding Americans lead is a way for the prison industrial complex to guarantee its continued income. Over half the prisoners in the USA are mentally ill people -- 1.25 million inmates. Lead causes mental illness. Many states, and not Michigan only, are poisoning the citizenry with lead. Last week, I posted the link to an article from "Mother Jones" that had a map of the USA denoting the states that had elevated lead levels. That post is MISSING from among my Facebook posts now. I wrote to "Mother Jones" and requested a link and/or the title of the article. Georgia, my state, is one of the states with elevated lead levels, according to the "Mother Jones" article.

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill follows three young men in Georgia who suffered from severe lead poisoning as children. Their mother, Ms. Goolsby, reports that her sons may have eaten lead paint in her mother's home. While the boys were little, the government was helpful regarding their mental illness, which resulted from their lead poisoning. Ms. Goolsby received social security benefits for their disabilities, and they attended special classes. As soon as they reached their teens, Ms. Goolsby's sons were each arrested for alleged inappropriate conduct. They have been jailed numerous times since, and two are currently imprisoned.

Lead poisoning in the USA is likely deliberate in order to promote increased mental disabilities among the populace, thereby guaranteeing the posterity of the prison industrial complex. Be mindful that officials who own prison stocks are not criminally charged for their conflicts of interest, and the same officials make decisions about water services, etc. It is up to the People to demand that prison investors DIVEST OR RESIGN. Mother Jones offers an article that shows the correlation between lead and crime. Please see "America's Real Criminal Element: Lead"
—By Kevin Drum. Excerpt:
http://www.motherjones.com/environment/2013/01/lead-crime-link-gasoline
"New research finds lead is the hidden villain behind violent crime, lower IQs, and even the ADHD epidemic. And fixing the problem is a lot cheaper than doing nothing." See, also "Divest or Resign" at http://DivestorResign.blogspot.com

Thanks for reading and sharing my articles and social media posts. If you happened to have read or shared the Mother Jones article with the map showing at least nine states in addition to Michigan that have serious lead problems, please contact me at (678)531.0262. To learn more about Ms. Goolsby's sons, see

Unscrupulous decision makers who are prison investors might deliberately pollute American children's water supply to guarantee prisoners for the future benefit of prison companies and companies that service prisons and prisoners.

Thank you for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.
It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. That happens to mentally ill people routinely in the nation's correctional facilities. What happened to Larry Neal? Why are we still asking that question after nearly 12 years? Cover-ups regarding the wrongful deaths of mentally challenged inmates and free people in the USA are common and vile.

Mentally Ill People Deserve Dog Justice!
Mentally Ill Americans Need Dog Justice. Treat mental illness medically, not legally.

The U.S. congressional bill provides for crisis intervention team (CIT) training for police and corrections officers, assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs (subsistence assistance plus mandated treatment) to stop recidivism, resumption of Medicaid insurance for certain facilities, and other needed changes. Invitations from AIMI to You

Around 300,000 of Germany's citizens with mental or physical disabilities of all races and religions were the first genocide victims. The Jewish Virtual Library reports: "The thick smoke from the incinerator was said to be visible every day over Hadamar (where, in midsummer 1941, the staff celebrated the cremation of their 10,000th patient with beer and wine served in the crematorium).

A handful of church leaders, notably the Bishop of Münster, Clemens August Count von Galen, local judges, and parents of victims protested the killings.

In response to such pressures, Hitler ordered a halt to Operation T-4 on August 24, 1941. Gas chambers from some of the 'euthanasia' killing centers were dismantled and shipped to extermination camps in occupied Poland. In late 1941 and 1942, they were rebuilt and used for the 'final solution to the Jewish question.'"

America currently mass arrests its mentally dysfunctional citizens. The nation's budget for the prison industrial complex is over $100billion per year. If mentally ill people received treatment before tragedies, which is our "final solution," wealthy private jail and prison companies would experience a significant loss of human commodities used for prison profits. That is because timely treatment restores most people with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post traumatic stress disorder, and other mental illnesses back to wholesome living. It is not only more just and humane to treat mental illness like other chronic health conditions, but treatment before crises saves money as well as lives. We hope you want to help make that happen.

ARE YOU AMONG THE "HANDFULL" of Christians, human rights advocates, and family members who are willing to unite against the current isolation, torture, and avoidable deaths of America's mentally ill people like certain people in Nazi Germany did despite fascism? If so, you are invited to help us give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI).

Please begin by supporting a mental health bill by Rep. Tim Murphy (PA-18) and Rep. Eddie Johnson (TX) - H.R.2646, the "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act of 2015." It has provisions to replace incarceration with treatment for mentally ill people in America and provide crisis intervention team (CIT) training for police and corrections officers.

Discussing mental illness helps to destroy the stigma connected with that common health issue. AIMI invites you to our radio show that airs on Wednesday nights at 9pmPST at NNIA1 on Blogtalkradio. Archived shows are available for you to hear anytime at the first of eight(8) links below, under "References." Participate in our live broadcasts by calling (818)572.2947, or simply listen to live broadcasts on your computer by using the url at the scheduled time. The radio broadcast is described below:

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, hosted by Mary “Loves Justice” Neal:
  • Advocacy to end police violence against the mentally ill, end solitary confinement, decriminalize mental illness, remove barriers to timely psychiatric treatment, increase mental hospitals, reinstate insurance coverage for hospital inpatients, relax laws blocking involuntary commitment, establish assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs that mandate continued psychiatric care and medications and provide subsistence assistance (food and housing) for mentally ill people released from correctional facilities and hospitals, eliminate incarceration without trials, improve training for police and corrections officers, and end capital punishment, especially for mentally ill Americans.
Guests include people who did or still do wrestle with mental illness in themselves or close relatives as well as people with specialized knowledge about mental illness, particularly in the criminal justice system.

Contact Mary “Loves Justice” Neal to be a special guest at (678)531-0262 (cellphone) or (571)335-1741 (Google Voice). Also email me at AIMI@HumanRightsDemand.com and MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com >> Persistence is necessary, as our work is highly censored.

AIMI would like to introduce you to a brilliant writer and human rights advocate who has bipolar disorder: Bob Darby, author of "Bloody Toombs - Memoir and Allegory." Darby is a lifelong human rights advocate whose work centers on peace advocacy and helping the homeless mentally ill. He is founder of "Food Not Bombs" in Atlanta. Even while growing up as a privileged, white child from the Deep South, Darby was an anti-racism advocate who had a deep empathy for the downtrodden of society - a stance that caused a rift in his relationships with close family members and friends in the small Toombs County, Georgia town where Darby grew up. The former divinity school scholar from Emory, Harvard and Tufts Universities takes readers through his coming of age in the segregated South in the mid 1960's to the present, and we see glimpses of American history through Darby's eyes during a turbulent and exciting period when America was at war inside to "maintain the status quo" as well as in Vietnam, the last military conflict that used the draft. Darby's book also illustrates the changes in treatment options for mental illness through the years and challenges peculiar to persons with that condition. Purchasing a copy of "Bloody Toombs" will give you an excellent book on a par with "Having Our Say: The Delany Sister's First 100 Years" and "Forest Gump." Your purchase will also help give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Please check at Amazon in mid-June 2015 to purchase a copy of "Bloody Toombs" or an ebook, and we hope you will give a review.

We encourage you to visit and join AIMI at Facebook, Google+ and Care2. AIMI has roughly 1,500 members and supporters and would welcome you and your friends who we hope you will invite by sharing this invitation. Large numbers of Americans demonstrating concern for improving mental health treatment would help prioritize fixing the nation's broken mental health care system. You help is sorely needed. The 1.25 million mentally ill prisoners in America comprise over half of the country's mass incarceration problem. Sixty percent of the inmates in solitary confinement are mentally challenged, and our most vulnerable citizens account for more than half of the nation's police violence victims in justified and unjustified use of force incidents. See a website among the eight references below that documents police-related deaths that appear in news reports, called "Killed by Police." Our officers need specialized training to handle lunacy arrests, and specialized training for corrections officers would help mentally ill inmates in custody. That is why AIMI advocates for CIT training.

Please support AIMI's "final solution" - treatment B4 tragedy and CIT training. Merely join AIMI by "liking" the online groups below and/or using the "follow this blog" button in the right margin to "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog to demonstrate your preference for treatment over the incarceration, prison torture, and wrongful deaths of mentally ill people. Joining AIMI shows you understand we need a system that does not await a crime before giving people with serious mental illnesses the psychiatric treatment they need and deserve. Some crimes have crime victims, but by standing together, we can improve community safety for ourselves and others.

Censorship re Cleveland Police Killings

The videos below prove hackers work as Mary Neal does to curtail the human rights activist's freedom of press rights. Hackers oppose Mary Neal posting information about Melissa Williams and Timothy Russel, a mentally ill Ohio woman and her driver who police killed in a hail of 137 bullets that taxpayers bought. Video 1 shows hackers redacted part of my post about Melissa, who was a 30-year-old homeless woman and had suffered over 50 arrests. https://www.youtube.com/embed/HWKW_Aiuwe4 >> Officer Brelo was acquitted of charges related to the black, unarmed couple's murder last week. He jumped on the roof of the couple's car and shot 47 bullets through their windshield, then said he "feared for his life."

Video No. 1

I made a new videotape of my censorship to show the text hackers redacted (through strike-through) on my post about the unarmed black couple who Officer Brelo and other police officers killed does not appear as redacted text on my edit screen. See a close-up view on YouTube video http://youtu.be/KKrUQr77gxE >> The hackers apparently redacted my text by using the strike-through feature. I don't know how my G+ post appears on other people's computers, because hackers are capable of engineering IP-specific views.

Video No. 2

I appreciate Screencastify software by Google, which allows me to upload videos showing my censorship rights are attacked to hide the murders of black and mentally ill Americans. Sometimes it takes lots of espionage to upload films from my digital camera to YouTube. I am followed when I leave home, and hackers take over whatever computers I use in libraries or at friends' houses. Therefore, we now have hundreds of videos proving my censorship and proving that I am followed. We plan to upload the videos at and sell them to the public, because (a) I am financially persecuted and need funds, and (b) funds would help with our advocacy to decriminalize mental illness in the USA (where sick people are used as prison commodities).

I hope that the world will be interested in my censorship and intimidation as a survivor of a black mental patient who was kidnapped by police and secretly arrested and killed in the Memphis Shelby County Jail in Tennessee, USA. As director of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI), my advocacy for justice irritates fascists in government. It should interest Americans and other world citizens to learn how the human rights of U.S. families and activists are violated when we object to police violence against Americans with mental disabilities, like Melissa Williams and my murdered brother, Larry Neal. Please see more information at the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal.com" website (url below) and in over 1,000 online articles with that tag. http://WrongfulDeathofLarryNeal.com/main.html

Interestingly, neither of the two videos above appeared among my videos presented at Twitter, where I am @Koffietime https://twitter.com/koffietime >>. The videos are apparently censored. In America, censorship is used to contain news about crimes against humanity, which happen frequently, then more censorship is used to hide the fact that censorship was used initially. A website that attempts to document police killings by using news reports is "Killed By Police" at http://killedbypolce.net >> It records 1,500 police killings since January 2014. "Killed By Police" omits murders of U.S. prisoners and police-related killings that were censored initially, like Larry Neal's was, which were never reported in the news. For example, the State of Florida reports 346 inmate deaths for 2014 alone. America has 50 states, all of which have abusive correctional facilities and pathetically irresponsible oversight.

I will return and make the links live on this page and add my signature later. Hackers who may be paid with tax dollars make this impossible right now. Your comments are invited below. Your help by sharing this article and/or the censored videos would be appreciated. Blessings.

"AIMI vs. USA" re: Subverting Successful Reentry

An "AIMI vs. USA" claimant, Ms. Goolsby, reported at 9pmEST April 18, that her mentally ill son was recently re-arrested after being out of prison on parole for two years and denied his social security and Medicaid because Georgia's prison system refused to furnish the Social Security Administration with documentation proving that he was a psychiatric inmate who was treated for mental illness throughout his incarceration. As a result, the young mentally ill man lived homeless for most of the time he was out of prison. He had passed 13 drug tests, but he finally got so frustrated with being broke and hungry that he failed one and tested positive for #marijuana . Therefore, he is back in jail. Hear her
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/nnia1/2015/04/19/aimi-vs-usa-re-circumventing-successful-reentry-goolsby-041815
Our broadcasts are available for listening from our archives 24/7.

Before being imprisoned, Goolsby had received disability income since he was a small child. His mother reports that due to the Georgia #prison system's noncooperation with the Social Security Administration, he could not make it and rejoined the 1.25 million mentally ill prisoners in the USA. Reasons like this cause America to have a 67.5 percent #recidivism rate. A disability #lawyer was working with the family to get the documentation from Georgia and resume the disabled young man's social security, and he had a job for a short while, but time is of the essence when trying to save mentally ill people from recidivism. Ms. Goolsby reported to me that her son's parole officer actually told him that if he cannot find housing, he should start camping in the parking lot of the probation office. That would have resulted in immediate arrest for vagrancy.

Listen to our live broadcasts via phone to make comments at (818)572.2947. The tape will be available for listening any time after the live show on Blogralkradio. Thank you for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Your questions and comments matter. Whether or not you have relatives who suffer persecution for having mental illness, you are taxpayers who pay prison investors to warehouse America's mentally ill people. See our schedule of programs at http://MLJradio.blogspot.com

How would things be different if America had no private prison system that allowed lawmakers, Justice Department personnel, probation officers, prison officials, prosecutors, and even defense attorneys to profit by sending people to prison? What if owning private prison stock was formally recognized as being the conflict of interest that it is for these public servants? One might consider the prison system in Norway for an example, where the focus is on rehabilitation, and there is presumably no attempt to undermine successful reentry by withholding released prisoners' social security income. Compare the picture atop this article of the mentally ill man in solitary confinement to the picture below where prison guards exercise with inmates. The New York Times published a report on Norway's Halden Prison in "The Radical Humaneness of Norway's Halden Prison"

Guards and inmates teamed up in the exercise yard of Unit C
by Knut Egil Wang for The New York Times

"'Better out than in' is an unofficial motto of the Norwegian Correctional Service, which makes a reintegration guarantee to all released inmates." American prison investors, however, say, "Keep 'em coming back. Subvert their efforts to successfully reenter society. We need the dividends!"

Michael Anthony Kerr, NC Murder Victim

Dog Justice for Mentally Ill blog will feature the abuse or murder of a mentally ill American every week to highlight these crimes against humanity. This week's featured murder victim is Michael Anthony Kerr.

Michael Anthony Kerr, Inmate With Schizophrenia, Died Of Thirst After 35 Days Of Solitary. An autopsy released earlier this week says the 54-year-old inmate, who had schizophrenia, died of dehydration. The report also said he was receiving no treatment for the symptoms of his mental illness.

A written policy at the North Carolina Department of Public Safety allows prison staff to respond to the "misuse of plumbing facilities" by turning off the water to an inmate's sink and toilet. State prison officials did not respond Friday to questions about whether water to Kerr's cell was cut off in the days before his death. Huffington Post carried the report:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/26/michael-anthony-kerr-inmate-died-thirst_n_5890998.html

A fellow inmate kept a record of the neglect and abuse Kerr suffered. You can read his account about Kerr's final six days, which Kerr spent handcuffed, not eating or drinking.

Micheal Kerr's photo is not available through NC inmate search. See the following information:

Kerr was listed as a "habitual felon," because the system responded to his schizophrenia by penalizing rather than treating him. Condolences to his family and friends. They killed my brother, too.

Some positive news came from Los Angeles this week: Treatment Advocacy Center reported that Los Angeles is to offer treatment instead of jail for mentally ill offenders. Los Angeles County Jail is said to be the nation's largest "mental hospital." To replace punishment with treatment in Los Angeles means prison investors are losing their hold.

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) continues to prepare to take up to 200 cases before the United Nations International Court in 2015. The cases document abuses against the human rights of Americans with mental disabilities and innocent people (their victims) who were brutalized or killed because the USA deliberately withholds psychiatric treatment to await crimes that will excuse imprisonment and enrich prison investors. Over half of America's prisoners are mentally disabled people who deserve treatment, not incarceration with sadists as their jailers.

Please "like" Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill

I don't know why you do human rights activism, but I'm following ‪#‎Jesus‬, the world's greatest human rights activist! He is against capital punishment (Psalm 102:19-20), prisoner torture (Heb. 13:3), victimizing people (Matt. 25:40), avoidable wars (Rom. 12:18 ), all forms of discrimination (Gal. 3:28), and apathy about human suffering, which is inexcusable (Prov. 31:8). Please give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ONE MORE "like," and we will have 633. Will you be that one?https://www.facebook.com/AssistancetotheIncarceratedMentallyIll

AIMI helps people without regard to religion, race, national origin, wealth or health status, or any other divisive separations. Like Jesus, we are "no respecters of persons."

At least 1.25 million mentally ill prisoners in America and over ten million family members and human rights advocates thank you. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") works to decriminalize mental illness in the United States in these seven ways:

(i)  We would like to replace criminal prosecution and prison sentences with timely, accessible treatment in psychiatric hospitals or community treatment facilities under assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs, offering subsistence assistance and mandating continuous treatment after prison or hospital release.

(ii)  Medicaid insurance should be resumed for inpatient psychiatric treatment. When Medicaid was withdrawn for psychiatric treatment in the 1960's and 1970's, hospitals closed across the nation. Some well-populated areas have fewer than one bed available in a psychiatric hospital or homeless shelter for millions of people.

(iii)  We advocate for all police and corrections officers to receive crisis intervention team (CIT) training in order to reduce the brutality and deaths that occur during lunacy arrests.

(iv)  AIMI recommends that HIPPA laws be relaxed to enable families to know about their loved ones' treatment (or mistreatment), and become better advocates for their relatives.

The four goals above are covered to a limited degree in a U.S. congressional bill by Rep. Tim Murphy, a psychologist who became a congressman from Pennsylvania. It is called H.R.3717 - the "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." Everyone who desires to give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill should urge their congresspersons to support H.R.3717. In addition to those four goals, AIMI puts forth three more more necessary changes:

(v)  We want police officers and prison guards who disregard their training and overuse force to be terminated and barred from taking other government positions, prosecuted, and incarcerated. Accountability for abusers will save lives.

(vi)  AIMI would like for families to have better support from their communities. We know that people care about others who are undergoing hardships, improving community safety, reducing prison overcrowding and America's prison budget, which is over $90 billion annually. But voters cannot care about conditions they do not know about. AIMI therefore asks media companies to do more to expose health discrimination, comparing society's reaction to mental health crises to physical health crises. Brains are organs like hearts and kidneys. It is wrong to prosecute and imprison people for having sick brains, especially with the high rate of success among people who are in AOT programs. AOT programs reduce homelessness, arrests, incarceration, and hospitalization by over 85 percent among Kendra's Law program participants in New York. Like any other chronic disease, mental illness responds to TREATMENT.

(vii)  "AIMI vs. USA" is a planned International Court action to win restitution for people who have been harmed by America's response to mental illness. Everyone deserves treatment for health problem, and nobody should be punished for being sick or disabled. See the next article in this blog entitled "AIMI vs. USA in International Court." In addition to seeking damages for two classes of affected parties, AIMI will make recommendations to the International Court to enforce the six changes listed above.

Mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts have suffered much abuse in America. Many people have been subjected to brutal lunacy arrests and incarceration during which they incurred avoidable injuries and deaths. Mentally ill people and drug/alcohol addicts are more likely than others to experience denial of treatment, long-term homelessness, and become entangled in the legal system. Mentally ill people are ordinarily overly charged and overly sentenced in American courts for offenses caused by their common, treatable conditions.

The sentences of mentally ill inmates are frequently lengthened by adding new offenses that happen behind bars, because incarcerating people with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and other serious mental illnesses is not rehabilitative. Imprisonment does not "cure" drug/alcohol dependencies or mental dysfunctions; therefore, behavior caused by untreated conditions usually continues in jails and prisons. Long-term solitary confinement, a common punishment, worsens their brain dysfunctions. No group of Americans should be denied equal opportunities for treatment and equal protection under the law in order to enrich prison investors in government.

AIMI recognizes that victims or their survivors should be compensated by the USA for deliberately withholding mental health treatment and allowing abuses of power that cause injuries and deaths of people with serious mental illnesses and drug/alcohol addictions. "AIMI vs. USA" will be filed in 2015. You or someone you care about may have experienced pain, suffering and loss (even deaths) caused by illegal discrimination against Americans with mental disabilities. If so, please join the class of 100 victims who suffer wrongs because of untreated mental illness, or the class of 100 innocent people who became their victims - people who were assaulted, robbed, raped, or killed by sick people who should have been in treatment as inpatients or outpatients.

We hope you "like" AIMI. Mary Neal has advocated for the mentally ill for ten years and founded AIMI in 2008 at Care2. Thousands of emails and articles and radio shows later, we are gratified to see growing awareness about violations against people with mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions and avoidable violence that sick people often experience and sometimes do when treatment is denied. THANK YOU for support during AIMI's six years of operation. Next, AIMI will become an international NGO and take the battle for human rights further. The struggle continues.

AIMI vs. USA in Int'l Court

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") vs. USA in International Court re Crimes Against Humanity

* Now gathering 100 cases of government abuse of mentally challenged Americans of all races to present a Complaint to the United Nations: rejection for treatment, long-term homelessness, hospital abuse, wrongful convictions, lengthy solitary confinement, police brutality, executions, and wrongful death cases. Call 678.531.0262 or Google Voice (571)335-1741. Email MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Title the email "AIMI v. USA."

* Also gathering 100 people victimized by mentally ill people or drug addicts who were denied treatment. If you were robbed, burglarized, assaulted, or had a relative who was killed by a mentally ill person or a drug/alcohol addict, please call us and email us.

* We will demand monetary damages for claimants plus changes in how America treats mental illness and substance abuse. Incarceration must be replaced with adequate, timely treatment and subsistence assistance.

Continue to call and email until you reach Mary Neal. The government may not want you to be included in this international Complaint against the USA. The U.N. provides that abuses by government agents (including police, judges, and other officials) can be levied against its member states. It may not matter if your case is beyond the statute of limitations set by U.S. law or if it was dismissed by corrupt courts. Hear more at "ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL" Blogtalkradio shows Wednesdays at 9pm Pacific.

This international action is intended to (1) pay restitution to affected parties, (2) protect Americans who have mental disabilities and drug/alcohol dependencies, and (3) protect innocent people who suffered at the hands of untreated mentally ill persons or drug and/or alcohol addicts.

AIMI believes that people with mental illness and drug or alcohol addictions are deliberately left untreated to commit crimes that will excuse long prison sentences. This is done to enlarge our prison population. At least one-half of America's inmates are mentally ill (1.25 million), and over one-half of the victims of police violence are also mentally ill. Sixty percent of inmates in solitary confinement (SHU) are mentally ill. The entire private prison system was created and is sustained by criminalizing mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions. Mentally challenged and addicted people deserve treatment, not punishment.

"AIMI vs. USA" will be filed with the International Court in 2015. All Claimants' cases will be reviewed by the International Lawyer and those selected will be presented in the legal action for recovery of damages.

Phone conferences to join Claimants in "AIMI vs. USA" in International Court are held on the first weekend in every month at 9am Pacific time, 10am Mountain Time, 11am Central and 12 noon Eastern. Beginning dates were September 6 and September 7.

Police Killings Increase As Executions Decrease

1.  Anti-death penalty advocates were elated to learn that capital punishment has been eliminated or placed on hold in 36 states in the USA partly because of torturous executions in 2014 using mystery drugs. However, police killings have increased to the point that no reduction in democide actually happened. Within one month, from mid-July until mid-August, the police body count is four killings for California and one each for Utah, Missouri, Ohio, and New York. Another beer summit might be in order to withdraw military equipment from non-military government agencies, including police departments (Ref. #1, at paragraph 9).

2.  The world is increasingly alarmed at how little freedom and justice people in America actually have. Even journalists were arrested in Ferguson, Ohio during protests over Michael Brown's shooting death by Officer Darren Wilson. Some journalists were told to turn off their cameras then attacked with rubber bullets and tear gas when they refused to comply with police orders that violated their freedom of press rights. There have been injuries among Ferguson's protesters - one that was critical - but no more deaths at the time of this writing (Ref. #2, at paragraph 9). This is #ourGaza

3.  California police fatally shot two mentally challenged people in August, including  a 19-year-old woman in crisis and Ezell Ford, 25, an unarmed black man who witnesses say committed no crime and was completely compliant with police. California police also beat a Latino young man named Omar Abrego to death. Utah police fatally shot a 20-year-old unarmed Caucasian, Dillon Taylor. See their stories at the four(4) links below.

     i.  San Jose Police killed a 19-year-old woman who had a power drill they "thought" was a gun
http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/08/15/san-jose-police-fatally-shoot-woman-19-after-mistaking-power-drill-for-a-gun/

ii.  LAPD fatally beat a young Latino father at a traffic stop
http://laist.com/2014/08/15/video_man_dies_after_bloody.php

iii.  Ezell Ford, 25, was reportedly laid out on the ground and shot multiple times in his back by LAPD. His death was added to "Random Killings of Disabled Americans"
http://dogjusticeformentallyill.blogspot.com/2014/06/random-killings-of-disabled-americans.html

iv.  THE EIGHTH UNARMED POLICE VICTIM WITHIN ONE MONTH - Salt Lake City police fatally shot Dillon Taylor, 20, on Aug. 13. The victim was unarmed when police confronted him, his brother says. Court documents show a $25,000 arrest warrant had been issued Aug. 7 for Taylor, alleging that he had violated his probation on earlier felony robbery and obstructing justice charges.

4.  *Note: The body count below does not include inmates killed behind bars. Inmates' deaths are often subject to government cover-ups, like the secret arrest and murder of mentally, physically disabled Larry Neal in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003, while the jail was operating under federal oversight. Within five weeks, the following eleven(11) individuals fell victim to police violence:

NEW BODY COUNT FROM AMERICA's SUMMER OF POLICE TERROR (updated August 28, 2014).
White ~ Joseph Jennings, 18, Ottawa, KS, Aug 24 (mentally ill)
Latino ~ Hernan M. Ossorio, 61, Ellicott City, MD / Aug 23 (mentally ill)
? ~ Darren Friedman, 45, Ellicott City, MD / Aug 20 (mentally ill)
Black ~ Darius Colegarrit, 21, Chicago, IL / Aug. 20
White ~ John Winkler, 30, Los Angeles, CA / Aug 19
Black ~ Kajieme Powell, 25, Ferguson, MO / Aug 19 (mentally ill)
White ~ Diana Showman, 19, San Jose, CA / Aug. 14 (mentally ill)
White ~ Dillon Taylor, 20, Salt Lake City, UT / Aug. 13
Black ~ Dante Parker, 36, Victorville, CA / Aug. 12 (Taser)
Black ~ Ezell Ford, 25, Los Angeles, CA / Aug. 11 (mentally ill)
Black ~ Michael Brown, 18, Ferguson, MO / Aug. 9
Black ~ John Crawford, 22, Beavercreek, OH / Aug. 5
Latino~ Omar Abrego, 37, Los Angeles, CA / Aug. 2
Black ~ Eric Garner, 43, Staten Island, NY / July 17 (prosecution underway)
As you can see from this growing list of police victims, mentally ill people of any race are the most often victims of police violence. People with severe mental disabilities comprise a small percentage of the nation's population, but they are overly represented among people who are arrested, brutalized, and killed in the USA.

5.  Many people wonder what the point of agreement was at the WH Beer Summit of 2009. The outcome did not bode well for African Americans and other minorities or disabled people of any race or age. Little information has been released at this writing about the teenager police killed in San Jose, but five of the men in the body count were unarmed blacks, one was Latino, and one was Caucasian. What makes police officers perceive black men as being more worthy of deadly force? Three psychological studies offer answers at:
"Cards Stacked Against Black Boys, Especially if Mentally Ill"
http://dogjusticeformentallyill.blogspot.com/2014/03/cards-stacked-against-black-boys.html

6.  The USA is a member state of the United Nations and has signed certain treaties to uphold human rights within this nation. Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) plans to bundle 100 cases evidencing overuse of force against mentally ill people during arrests, within correctional facilities, or by hospital personnel for presentation to the World Court.  Evidence presented is expected to include long-term solitary confinement torture, brutality by law enforcement, corrections officers, other inmates or inpatients, wrongful deaths, and medical neglect. Please invite persons who might have an interest in joining the Complainants to read this article in "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog:
"Police Killings Increase As Executions Decrease"

http://dogjusticeformentallyill.blogspot.com/2014/08/police-killings-increase-as-executions.html

7.  To have your case considered for inclusion in the 100 that will be presented to the U.N., please use the contact information below. AIMI plans to request restitution for victims or their successors as well as sanctions against the USA regarding its disregard for human rights of persons with mental illness. The 100 Complainants may also include victims of aggression by untreated mentally ill people or the victims' successors.

8.  The USA's disregard for mentally ill persons is evidenced by the fact that 1.25 million mentally dysfunctional people are imprisoned (over half of the nation's inmates). They comprise over 60 percent of prisoners in long-term solitary confinement torture, some for decades. More than 50 percent of the nation's victims of police violence are mentally ill, although no exact numbers are kept (which also evidences disregard). Additionally, tens of thousands of mentally handicapped people are homeless and/or denied psychiatric treatment unless and until they prove, usually through crimes, that they are immediately dangerous to self and others. This is likely done to preserve untreated mentally challenged Americans for use as private prison commodities, including some veterans.

9.  Condolences to families and friends of all eleven(11) victims named in this article. Thanks to justice officials, law enforcement administrators and officers who attempt to bring justice and restore peace to affected communities without further violations against citizens' constitutional and human rights.

In 1991, Congress established the LESO program which allows the Defense Department to transfer excess property to state agencies who request them. The property is given to agencies - police departments, fish and wildlife services, and state universities alike. the equipment is transferred as-is and must be used by the agency within a year. LESO gives agencies access to tanks, helicopters, tear gas, machine guns, armored cars, night-vision equipment, and more battlefield-tested equipment. In 2013 alone, more than $440million in supplies were doled out to agencies in all 50 states.
