Lead Poisoning Is Prison Profiteering

Feeding Americans lead is a way for the prison industrial complex to guarantee its continued income. Over half the prisoners in the USA are mentally ill people -- 1.25 million inmates. Lead causes mental illness. Many states, and not Michigan only, are poisoning the citizenry with lead. Last week, I posted the link to an article from "Mother Jones" that had a map of the USA denoting the states that had elevated lead levels. That post is MISSING from among my Facebook posts now. I wrote to "Mother Jones" and requested a link and/or the title of the article. Georgia, my state, is one of the states with elevated lead levels, according to the "Mother Jones" article.

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill follows three young men in Georgia who suffered from severe lead poisoning as children. Their mother, Ms. Goolsby, reports that her sons may have eaten lead paint in her mother's home. While the boys were little, the government was helpful regarding their mental illness, which resulted from their lead poisoning. Ms. Goolsby received social security benefits for their disabilities, and they attended special classes. As soon as they reached their teens, Ms. Goolsby's sons were each arrested for alleged inappropriate conduct. They have been jailed numerous times since, and two are currently imprisoned.

Lead poisoning in the USA is likely deliberate in order to promote increased mental disabilities among the populace, thereby guaranteeing the posterity of the prison industrial complex. Be mindful that officials who own prison stocks are not criminally charged for their conflicts of interest, and the same officials make decisions about water services, etc. It is up to the People to demand that prison investors DIVEST OR RESIGN. The U.S. congressional bill provides for crisis intervention team (CIT) training for police and corrections officers, assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs (subsistence assistance plus mandated treatment) to stop recidivism, resumption of Medicaid insurance for certain facilities, and other needed changes. Support "AIMI vs. USA" to compensate mentally ill people and their families for health discrimination.

An "AIMI vs. USA" claimant, Ms. Goolsby, reported at 9pmEST April 18, that her mentally ill son was recently re-arrested after being out of prison on parole for two years and denied his social security and Medicaid because Georgia's prison system refused to furnish the Social Security Administration with documentation proving that he was a psychiatric inmate who was treated for mental illness throughout his incarceration. As a result, the young mentally ill man lived homeless for most of the time he was out of prison. He had passed 13 drug tests, but he finally got so frustrated with being broke and hungry that he failed one and tested positive for #marijuana . Therefore, he is back in jail. Hear her

Before being imprisoned, Goolsby had received disability income since he was a small child. His mother reports that due to the Georgia #prison system's noncooperation with the Social Security Administration, he could not make it and rejoined the 1.25 million mentally ill prisoners in the USA. Reasons like this cause America to have a 67.5 percent #recidivism rate. A disability #lawyer was working with the family to get the documentation from Georgia and resume the disabled young man's social security, and he had a job for a short while, but time is of the essence when trying to save mentally ill people from recidivism. Ms. Goolsby reported to me that her son's parole officer actually told him that if he cannot find housing, he should start camping in the parking lot of the probation office. That would have resulted in immediate arrest for vagrancy.

How would things be different if America had no private prison system that allowed lawmakers, Justice Department personnel, probation officers, prison officials, prosecutors, and even defense attorneys to profit by sending people to prison? What if owning private prison stock was formally recognized as being the conflict of interest that it is for these public servants? One might consider the prison system in Norway for an example, where the focus is on rehabilitation, and there is presumably no attempt to undermine successful reentry by withholding released prisoners' social security income. A retarded teenager visits his dad. He goes into the den and turns on the TV. A triple-x rated movie on the VCR begins to play. The boy masturbates. His young half-brother enters the den. The child immediately runs to tell his dad what he saw. The dad has always been ashamed of his mentally challenged son and now perceives an opportunity. If the teen goes to prison, the dad can stop paying child support. He calls police and says the teen exposed himself to his little brother. The young mentally ill man was tricked into a plea bargain, like many mental patients and juveniles are by corrupt prosecutors. He believed he was admitting to masturbation when in fact he was admitting to sexually assaulting his half-brother who was only seven years old. The teenager had been receiving disability income from Social Security since he was age five, when his mental illness was initially diagnosed. He received social security payments until his imprisonment on the false charges of sexual abuse. His support has not resumed.

After seven years of imprisonment that included rape and brutal beatings by other inmates and solitary confinement, the young man now lives HOMELESS because Social Security refuses to restart his payments after release from prison, and his mother lives too close to a recreation center to house someone who is registered as a sex offender. Social Security Administration told Ms. Goolsby that Georgia Prisons have NOT released records of the young man's incarceration, during which he was in the psychiatric program. Prison investors should NOT work in corrections or the judiciary.

#SocialSecurityAttorneys should please call Ms. Goolsby at (404) 390-7020 and offer your services on behalf of her son who has been HOMELESS for a year due to corruption in the prison system that obviously WANTS HIM BACK IN PRISON on vagrancy charges or worse. Ms. Goolsby said her son's probation officer said if he is homeless, he must come and live behind the probation office. That seems to be a planned opportunity to arrest the young man for vagrancy.

Roughly 1.25 million of America's inmates are mentally ill people who should be either hospitalized or released into community care programs, such as Kendra's Law and Laura's Law. These are assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs that mandate continuous psychiatric treatment and provide food and housing for seriously mentally ill people. It is less expensive on taxpayers and safer for our communities to treat mental illness than to await a crime to excuse the imprisonment of our most vulnerable citizens.

Terrorism to Stop Lawless America Filming Mary Neal

Bill Windsor, they killed another mentally ill inmate like they murdered my brother, Larry Neal, after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail. This one was in Tulsa, and he died of untreated blunt force trauma to the head and/or starvation and dehydration. Yes, they send stalkers to harass you and send death threats via cyberterror. But no story about corruption in America is complete without telling about the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal and his family's gangstalking and terrorism after asking for accountability and lawsuit against The Cochran Firm frauds. Americans deserve a consumer report regarding the law firm that operates in Johnnie Cochran's name and defrauds its own clients to help police and jails escape accountability after murders of black people. I had hoped my nightmare of being stalked and censored to contain my advocacy would end on November 22, when I was to be interviewed for "Lawless America - The Movie." Now they have you going into hiding for security. See the short promo film on systemic racism that continually victimizes Africans in America, especially those who have other issues like poverty or mental illness. The mentally ill comprise 60% of those inmates who awakened in solitary confinement today, and 80% of inmates who are tortured in 9 foot x 6 foot solitary cells are blacks. What is particularly tragic is that America has between 5,000 and 10,000 wrongful convictions every year, according to a recent study. Inmates earn prison investors the same fee, whether innocent or guilty.

Paragraph 4 of 11 -- No movie about injustice is complete without telling about mental hospitals being closed across America to leave sick people homeless and later arrest them for crimes from vagrancy to murders in order to get the nation's first generation of private prisons started. They are kept full today by victimizing other mental patients over the next 40 years. Municipalities contract with private prisons to maintain prisons at a certain occupancy level, and incarcerating the mentally ill in America is the main way this contractual obligation is met.

Paragraph 5 of 11 -- I spoke with a distraught mother last night - Ms. Goolsby. She has two sons, both are mentally ill inmates who were incarcerated as teens. Police told her that some thugs took advantage of her oldest son's mental illness and used him as a lookout during a robbery. He is in prison now being raped and beaten by other inmates when he should have been sent to a hospital. Her youngest son was arrested for masturbation. He was visiting his dad, who Ms. Goolsby said has always been ashamed of his sick son and grew tired of paying child support for him. Her ex had another son who was younger than the mentally ill teen. The youngster walked into a room where Ms. Goolsby's son was masturbating and watching a sex tape his dad had left in the VCR. The dad pressed charges, saying his mentally ill son exposed himself to his younger child. Both of Ms. Goolsby's sons are in Georgia prisons. Like many mentally ill inmates, they face abuse from inmates and guards, and their sentences may be lengthened for failure to follow prison rules because they are sick and not always in control of their actions (especially when not medicated) and are slow to understand instructions.  

Paragraph 6 of 11 -- The oldest son should have been released in 2012, but now the prison told Ms. Goolsby he has to stay until June 2013. In June, they may say another year - and another. One mentally ill youth in Los Angeles who was arrested after he threw a chair through his mom's window may get life in prison because he threatened the judge and a prison guard with light rays from Mars. They called it a "terrorist threat." This is how prison investors make money off the mentally ill. Even if they are arrested for misdemeanors, they may end up in prison for life.  

Paragraph 7 of 11 -- My testimony is about Larry Neal's murder under secret arrest and the elaborate government cover-up that has lasted nine years by lawyer fraud, censorship, cyberterror, gangstalking, cooperation from the sold-out media companies, and payoffs to public officials who joined the conspiracy to deny my family's civil rights and became accessories to the murder after the fact. But it is also about all the mentally ill people who are wrongly victimized in and by the injustice system - Kelly Thomas, who was murdered by six Fullerton, California police officers who beat the homeless mentally ill man to death before witnesses; Tim Souders, who was died of dehydration on a Michigan jail's restraint table where he was left for four days without food or water; Sean LeVert, the entertainer who was killed in a restraint chair while arrested for child support, and many others.

Paragraph 8 of 11 -- Today George Allen, a mentally ill inmate from Missouri's death row, will be released from prison, where he has languished for 30 years for a crime that the DNA test he was finally allowed to take proved he did not do. Thank God for the Innocence Project and all of its financial supporters. The Missouri District Attorney challenged Allen's right to go free even after proving actual innocence. That shows how corrupt our justice system is more than anything - the fact that courts are under no obligation to consider post conviction evidence to stop executions or release inmates who lose their youth behind bars working as prison slaves for crimes they did not do. It is wrong for the inmates, their families and communities, and wrong for taxpayers to pay to execute or rehabilitate innocent people. I am an abolitionist who has big problems communicating with the world about wrongful executions. Every execution that happens without irrefutable proof of guilt is wrong, and no state should ignore the law and execute mentally ill people and those with low I.Q. scores, but they do. Consider the case of poor Andre Thomas who is literally eating his own body parts on Texas death row. So far, the poor mentally ill man ate both his eyes.  

Paragraph 9 of 11 -- Three minutes on "Lawless America - The Movie" will not be enough time to tell about the denial of civil and human rights that my family endured after Larry Neal's secret arrest and murder or adequately explain the corruption that victimizes mentally ill Americans and their families, but I would like to try. Most Americans are decent, compassionate people. Therefore, testifying about these crimes may do more than merely expose corruption in government and the judiciary, which is the stated goal for "Lawless America - The Movie." I believe that once the public realizes these crimes against humanity are happening in their names and with their tax dollars, many innocent lives will be saved - maybe my own.

Paragraph 10 of 11 -- I am a non-violent Christian who would never hurt anyone. But I am not above taking a basket of pine cones from my backyard and throwing them at the windows of the court-declared "nonexistent" Cochran Firm law office in downtown Atlanta if it will end my terrorism and censorship - even if cops Taser and arrest me like they threatened to do in 2010 for exposing my brother's lynching and The Cochran Firm fraud against black families after police kill their mentally disabled or elderly relatives. They won't let me before a jury in civil court, but throwing pine cones should get me before one in criminal court. I am just that sick of the FEMA camp they have made of my home - taking over my computers, telephones, and sending stalkers to follow me to monitor and control computers I access at Kinkos or the public library. I cannot let it continue. I say with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, and Patrick Henry, "Give me liberty, or give me death!" I will have someone to follow me while I enter a building with a metal detector and trail me to the Cochran Firm building so they cannot lie and say I threw something else. Still, the Taser might kill me if Atlanta police do what they threaten, because I have a heart murmur. If they kill me, publish my work, and continue to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. Family, publish my book manuscripts right away, and don't worry about me. Jesus is my Lord.

Whatever deal the U.S. Attorney General's office may have made with Shelby County Jail to help county officials cover-up Larry Neal's murder in custody is being continued by Eric Holder, apparently. The United States Department of Justice refuses to answer our Freedom of Information Act request about Larry Neal's police kidnapping and murder even nine years after his death, but the Justice Department allows or does terrorism against his family for asking for accountability.
