NAKED, UNARMED, SICK U.S. VETERAN KILLED BY POLICE ~ DeKalb County police officer Robert Olsen fatally shot Anthony Hill, 27, on Monday, March 9, while responding to reports of a suspicious person knocking on doors and crawling on the ground naked at an apartment complex just outside Atlanta. Hill began running toward Olsen and didn't stop when ordered to, DeKalb County Chief of Police Cedric Alexander told reporters Monday.

It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control.
