Police Won Battles with a 95-yr-old, 107-yr-old, and a double amputee - Killed 'em all

John Wrana, 95

Age-onset dementia and Alzheimer's plague many people as they age. Most elders get forgetful and confused at times. Throughout the nation, concerned families place their elderly relatives in care homes to see that their needs are met around the clock. Care homes ideally provide compassionate aids, three nutritious meals daily, and take ailing senior citizens to their doctors' appointments. But if the elders resist going to doctors' appointments, the care homes may call police, then police kill the obstinate senior citizens. That 'tough love' happened to John Wrana, age 95, by Forest, Illinois police officers. Excerpts from World Socialist News Service are below:

Police kill 95-year old man in assisted living facility

[August 10, 2013] On July 27 Park Forest, Illinois, police, armed with Tasers, a shotgun and flexible batons or “bean bag” rounds and a riot shield, shot John Wrana, a 95-year-old resident of an assisted living facility, eventually killing him. In the course of subduing the elderly man, police shocked Wrana with a Taser and fired “bean bag” rounds at his chest when he refused to be transported for medical treatment . . . Victory Centre staff reportedly pleaded with police to let them help Wrana get into the ambulance . . . Claiming that he refused to comply with verbal commands to drop a knife, police proceeded to shoot the 95-year-old man with a Taser. [According to the cops], when this proved “ineffective”, police shot Warner multiple times in the chest with flexible baton “bean bag” rounds from a shotgun . . . The “bean bag” rounds used by police in the killing of Wrana consist of a fabric bag filled with lead shot. When fired from a shotgun at the chest, they have the power to push broken ribs into the heart and cause internal bleeding to the abdomen. Bean bag rounds pose a serious risk of death or injury when fired from less than 10 feet away . . . [According to the lawyer for the Wrana family, Nicholas Grapas], there is no evidence to account for the existence of a “12-inch butcher type kitchen knife” with which police claimed Wrana threatened them. Wrana’s family never saw a knife in his room on previous visits, nor did facility staff find knives or similar weapons in his possession. (Read the entire article at the link above.)
__________

Monroe Isadore, 107

Park Forest, Illinois police had what might have been the record for killing the world's oldest police victim for less than a month. On September 7, Pine Bluff, Arkansas SWAT officers killed Monroe Isadore, 107,  who resisted being taken to his new apartment.  Like many elders, Isadore did not welcome changing homes, so he was shot to death in a hail of at least 30 bullets, according to witnesses.

The U.S. Department of Justice should require police officers not to carry deadly weapons into care homes or private homes when responding to calls regarding very elderly persons. They seem only to know "shoot to kill," and that is a highly inappropriate response to age-onset dementia and Alzeheimer's. Email the Department of Justice at AskDOJ@usdoj.gov . Perhaps police should wait until the confused elder falls asleep, then use a sheet or fishing net.

Brian Claunch

The same methods would serve to capture unarmed, psychotic double amputees from their care homes, like Brian C. Claunch, who was fatally shot by Houston cops.

Death by Police - Kenneth Sprankle, St. Pete

ST. PETERSBURG — Kenneth Robert Sprankle was convinced he would find a cure in the Florida sun. He moved here several months ago from Pennsylvania and loved the beaches. But, as he'd done for years, he struggled to manage his mental health. The end came Monday, when the 27-year-old bipolar schizophrenic smoked some spice and began chasing people downtown with an ax before being shot and killed by police. (Tampa Bay Times)
 _____
Sprankle's tragedy proves that gun control is unlikely to protect Americans from avoidable mental health crises. Only removing barriers to timely psychiatric treatment, improving access to mental hospitals, and instituting assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs can address Americans' mental health needs and enhance community safety. See the ABC video about Sprankle below.

Was shoot-to-kill an appropriate response by police? Would Sprankle have been temporarily disabled by Taser? Should police be equipped with guns loaded with fast-acting tranquilizers for circumstances such as this? Could Sprankle have been taken into custody by specially trained police officers? Homicides by police involve mentally ill victims in at least 50% of the cases, according to Treatment Advocacy Center - "Justifiable" Homicides by Law Enforcement Officers

http://www.tacreports.org/justifiable-homicides

Kenneth Sprankle was the fourth person shot to death by St. Pete PD this year, according to an ABC report.

"This will happen again and again and again until we find enough places where people can take their neighbors and relatives that may not need to be hospitalized,"
St. Pete City Councilman Karl Nurse said.

Councilman Nurse is not unlike police officers this writer polled, 100% of whom agreed that mentally ill people do not belong in prisons and jails.

This article contains two photos, one video, and six links. Unfortunately, advocacy for mentally ill persons is censored; therefore contents to some articles are listed. It would negatively impact prison investors to decriminalize mental illness and treat people's psychiatric conditions in hospitals or community care programs instead of awaiting an opportunity (crime) in order to incarcerate them. In fact, advocating to decriminalize mental illness has made me America's most censored person. Trouble for Maine's Mentally Ill

A RECENT REQUEST to Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill :
https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/108448922585036678747
Hi, everyone. My name is Steve Lewicki and I am the Coordinator of the Maine Prisoner Advocacy Coalition. We've got a desperate situation in Maine with correctional officers working at the state psychiatric hospital using Tasers, pepper spray, and force on patients. There is also a bill to transfer 30 people who have been deemed incompetent to stand trial or not responsible for their crimes to the state's max prison. Is there anyone that can advise me on strategies to improve and/or prevent this?
_____
Below is a video that demonstrates the issues that Mr. Lewicki describes in Maine: "Mentally Ill in Prisons" at YouTube http://youtu.be/9MOTKHlhKeY . If you have suggestions for Mr. Lewicki, please post them as comments here, or TRY to email me at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com . Emails and phone messages not answered within 24 hours were not actually received. (I am censored. Municipalities are under contracts with private prisons and jails to keep them at a certain occupancy.) If you have influence over Maine, please address these inhumane, immoral conditions. WHY on earth are correctional officers working in mental hospitals? Why are mental hospital inpatients being treated like prisoners in War on Terror camps and controlled with Tasers, pepper spray, and FORCE instead of having compassionate, skilled hospital staff who use tranquilizers, straight jackets, and rubber rooms? Why are mental patients who were found to be incompetent to stand trial being imprisoned instead of hospitalized in Maine?

Can you help with this situation, Governor Paul LePage?

Can you address these issues, Mr. Joseph Pointe, Commissioner of the Department of Corrections in Maine?
http://www.maine.gov/corrections/admin/index.htm

Can you help your institutionalized mentally ill patients and inmates in Maine, Mr. Romney?

Is there something you can do about brutality to the mentally dysfunctional citizens in Maine, Senators?

The United States Department of Justice is responsible for protecting the rights of disabled Americans and all institutionalized persons. Will you address the abuses against the mentally ill in Maine hospitals and prisons, Attorney General Eric Holder?

Department of Justice Main Switchboard
202-514-2000
Office of the Attorney General Public Comment Line 202-353-1555
To call component officials, see the Directory of Department Officials

Why are hospitalized mental patients being TASERED, sprayed with pepper spray, and strong-armed into submission by prison guards? Are dogs treated that badly in Maine's kennels? Does "maximum security" mean SOLITARY CONFINEMENT TORTURE? Does the law permit Maine's most vulnerable citizens to be denied trials and committed to PRISONS? Only 60% of the nation's incarcerated mental patients receive psychiatric treatment behind bars.
The budget for National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for 2013 was $639.7 billion. Please consider using part of those funds to provide substantial mental hospital space in Maine and every state, plus make assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs available for mental patients exiting jails and hospitals. Especially after the recent Navy Yard killings, American officials must realize that removing barriers to timely treatment for mental illness is providing "national defense."
We recognize that municipalities may have contracts with private prison owners to keep their facilities filled to a certain capacity, as reported by "Think Progress" at  http://thinkprogress.org/justice/2013/09/20/2658701/private-prison-firms-quotas-cells-coffers/ , but the mentally ill must not be reduced to prison commodities. Decision makers over Maine and the USA, please do unto others as you would have them do to you and your sick or addicted family members. Please do not Taser, pepper spray, and brutalize the mentally ill, and do not continue to sentence acute mental patients to prison without trials. We live in the 21st century, not the Middle Ages. Justice Clarence Thomas has a sick nephew, and Vice President Joe Biden has a niece who causes him concern. Every family has someone who is mentally ill, a condition affecting one in five Americans to some degree.

Please give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL in the State of Maine and throughout America. Officials over justice in Maine should contact Prisoner Advocacy Coalition and advise Mr. Lewicki of appropriate actions that will be taken in connection with his request.

Navy Yard Mass Murder Was Preventable

Treatment Advocacy Center says, "The latest tragedy is the result of decades of failed mental illness treatment policy and weak civil commitment laws." See the article below at the link provided.
"Mass Killing at Navy Yard Could Have Been Prevented"
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2013/9/prweb11136531.htm

Aaron Alexis

“This is a classic example of the failure of our mental health system – and the price we all pay for that failure,” said Doris A. Fuller, Treatment Advocacy Center executive director. “Aaron Alexis was clearly suffering an acute psychiatric crisis. He was like a man in the grip of a terrible heart attack. But because of our dysfunctional approach to mental illness treatment and weak civil commitment laws in the state where he was deteriorating, he wasn't treated like the victim of a severe medical emergency. Now, 13 people including Alexis are dead, eight more are injured, and the lives of innumerable others are forever changed.” Continue reading at the link above.
--------------
Criminalizing mental illness means that society reacts only AFTER an avoidable disaster. People suffering from acute psychosis must PROVE to be a danger to self and others. Too often, that proof comes in the form of violence. Then the sick person is more likely to be arrested than hospitalized. Nobody is helped by criminalizing mental illness except prison investors. Community safety suffers, sick people suffer, and taxpayers suffer. Sixty percent of mentally ill inmates are treated while incarcerated, meaning that taxpayers pay twice as much as they would have if the sick person had been treated before or instead of incarceration. Aaron Alexis's case seems to be an extreme result of society's laws barring involuntary commitment.

Another school of thought about the Navy Yard disaster is that Aaron Alexis was a "targeted individual" who really did hear voices as he claimed to police, and was under mind control. There are those who believe Alexis was used in a government PSYOPs operation to promote gun control. Read a report from FoxNews:

A Newport, Rhode Island police sergeant reported Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis to naval station police last month after the suspect told cops he was “hearing voices” through his hotel room wall and that three people were following him and sending vibrations into his body, according to a police report obtained by FoxNews.com.

Police Ridicule, Beat, Taser & Kill Amputees

CONTINUOUS POLICE VIOLENCE AGAINST THE
PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED AND MENTALLY ILL

Leroy Duffie

Leroy Duffie's Ordeal - Ridiculed, Beaten, Humiliated. Police forced Leroy Duffie, an innocent, double-leg amputee, to get out of his car at gunpoint, with hands up, then beat and ridiculed him as "a cripple crawling around," the African-American minister claims in court.

Leroy Duffie claims Lincoln city police handcuffed and beat him and left him lying on the street for half an hour before they finally "removed the handcuffs and allowed the plaintiff to crawl under the van to retrieve his prosthetic legs." Duffie sued the City of Lincoln in Lancaster County Court.

Duffie describes himself in the lawsuit as "an African American ... with a diagnosis of depression and post traumatic stress disorder and ... a double amputee with prosthetics." He says Lincoln police pulled him over for no discernible reason on Sept. 3, 2011. http://www.sott.net/article/265593-Double-amputee-sues-Nebraska-city-and-the-police-he-says-brutalized-him

Gregory Williams - Brutalized, Humiliated and Tasered.

YouTube video http://youtu.be/Qeme9Oj1PKg

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Gregory Williams is a double amputee in a wheelchair. He filed a civil lawsuit against a Merced police officer who tased him during a confrontation in September of 2009. Police were called to Williams' home during a domestic dispute.

A video obtained by the Merced Sun-Star shows Williams in handcuffs on the ground during the arrest. His attorneys said Officer John Pinnegar used a 50,000 volt Taser on Williams before humiliating him by leaving him outside with his pants falling down and his genitals exposed.

A civil trial at the Federal courthouse in downtown Fresno ended in a hung jury: four to four.

Brian Claunch

Brian C. Claunch, unarmed, fatally shot by Houston police.
(CNN - Sept. 23, 2012) A Houston police officer shot and killed a schizophrenic, wheelchair-bound double amputee threatening people with an ink pen at a group home for the mentally ill. Authorities said the man advanced on the officer's partner. Continue reading at this link

UPDATE (June 13, 2013) A grand jury declined to bring criminal charges against a Houston police officer who fatally shot a double amputee in a wheelchair last fall, a shooting that spawned nationwide criticism and renewed calls locally for more accountability of law enforcement. HPD officer Matthew Marin shot and killed Brian Claunch on Sept. 22, 2012, after the mentally ill man threatened his partner with a ball point pen, police have said. Claunch suffered from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and lived in a care home for the mentally ill. Marin also killed another citizen in 2009.

Fighting Hostility Against Handicapped People
Through Education

Condolences to family and friends of Brian Claunch, and best wishes for successful justice quests of Leroy Duffie and Gregory Williams. Although this writer did not read that Mr. Williams has mental illness like Claunch and Duffie, bouts of depression are common for double amputees. People with mental and physical handicaps, and even the elderly, are often victimized by police officers in the United States. Hitler called people with such conditions "useless eaters." They were rounded up, interned in camps, and killed in Nazi Germany before minorities were slaughtered in the quest to build a "perfect race." Please don't be Nazi, America.

My brother, Larry Neal, was a lifelong schizophrenic heart patient who was killed after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. While he was incarcerated, police lied to his family and social worker and denied having him in custody although he had suffered numerous arrests in that "correctional" facility because of his mental dysfunction. His missing person report, fingerprints, and contact information for his family and social worker were on file. My family is denied any explanation, records or investigation to determine how police killed Larry. Citizens with mental and physical dysfunctions are often treated like "useless eaters" in America, too.

The fact that the public needs to be better educated regarding police terrorism, brutality, and murders of our physically and mentally disabled relatives and neighbors is clear when one considers that Williams' jury was unable to reach a consensus and the grand jury did not indict Officer Marin for Claunch's death. Hundreds of thousands of people withstood foul weather to protest animal abuse and signed petitions for justice for Michael Vick's dogs who were brutalized and killed, but they have less sympathy for disabled people who are similarly victimized.

Only through education will the public come to understand that some police officers have a propensity to ignore the human and civil rights of handicapped people, and their administrators help them escape accountability in order to avoid negative publicity and save money on wrongful death and police brutality civil actions. Many people tend to look at each case of abuse as an isolated incident rather than recognizing the abuses and murders of mentally and physically disabled people as being systemic discrimination and hate crimes that cruelly deprive citizens of their right to life and liberty based on their health status.

Wikipedia describes "hate crimes" as follows:

In both crime and law, hate crimes (also known as bias-motivated crimes, or race hate) occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her perceived membership in a certain social group. Examples of such groups include but are not limited to: racial group, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity or gender identity.

Hate crime is a category used to describe bias-motivated violence: "assault, injury, and murder on the basis of certain personal characteristics: different appearance, different color, different nationality, different language, different religion."

Age-Onset Dementia: Monroe Isadore, 107, Killed by SWAT

Americans who have elderly relatives with age-onset dementia should remove their car keys and guns, especially people of color. The world's oldest police victim died yesterday in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, killed by a SWAT team because he had a gun. Monroe Isadore was 107 years of age. His roommate reported that Isadore was belligerent and uncooperative with police who answered her emergency 9-1-1 call, which she made after Isadore reportedly brandished a handgun and threatened her and his daughter. Isadore, who apparently suffered from age-onset dementia and was reportedly deaf and legally blind, became agitated when told that he would need to move to an apartment. Probably because Isadore was a black man and this happened on the NFL kickoff weekend, police dealt with the crisis swiftly, and Isadore was killed in a hail of at least 30 bullets. See the article below from MaryLovesJustice blog, entitled

World's Oldest Police Victim: Monroe Isadore,
a Black Man, 107

http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2013/09/worlds-oldest-police-victim-monroe.html

Upon learning that Arkansas SWAT had killed one of the oldest citizens in the USA, one might wonder how long the standoff lasted - only 3 hours from the emergency 9-1-1 call to the bloody finish, according to NPR's report, an excerpt of which is below:

PINE BLUFF, AR (Sunday, September 8, 2013)—Isadore was pronounced dead just before 7:30 p.m. — about three hours after the incident began, according to the The Pine Bluff Commercial newspaper. No police officers were injured. Police say their investigation is continuing.
---------------
Another standoff happened in Texas two days later. It lasted nine hours. The perpetrator (whose name was withheld, probably because he is a Caucasian) was arrested, unlike Isadore, who died in a hail of 30 or more bullets. The Texan had actually shot a policeman in his head, whereas Isadore had hurt no one, had no hostages, and nobody was in immediate danger. If Isadore had been given nine hours, he would undoubtedly have fallen asleep or died of old age. See the excerpt from KWTX.com below:

SAN ANTONIO (September 9, 2013)—A standoff that started Monday morning at a motel in downtown San Antonio after a police officer was shot while responding to a family disturbance dragged on for nine hours before it ended late Monday afternoon. The man suspected of shooting the officer was barricaded in a first-floor room of the two-story motel, but was taken into custody at around 5 p.m. Monday.
---------------
A third police standoff is currently underway in Madison, Wisconsin, which has lasted for nearly three hours so far. If the perpetrator is a black man, his time should be up soon. An excerpt from NBC15.com is below:

Monday, September 9, 2013 --- 6:43 p.m. Madison Police are in the 400 block of Berwyn Drive trying to take a subject into custody. Parts of the area are blocked off. NBC15's Phil Levin is at the scene of this police standoff and police tell him they took a family member out of the home about around 4:00 p.m. Police say man in 50's is suspected to be alone inside still. The incident started around 2:30 p.m. when a 9-1-1 call came in from the man's concerned family.
---------------
Some standoffs with police officers have lasted for days in the United States, but the incident involving Monroe Isadore, an elderly black man suffering from dementia, ended in under three hours with the centenarian's body riddled with police bullets. This, too, is racism.

The radio broadcast for Monday, September 9, 2013, for Real Talk with the Number 1 Doctors, hosted by Dr. Floyd Harris and Dr. Jean Kennedy, was dedicated to Mr. Monroe Isadore and other police victims who suffered from age-onset dementia, schizophrenia, and other mental illness. It is at the link below
http://www.blogtalkradio.com/realtalk1dr/2013/09/10/real-talk-for-real-solutions

News articles cited are available at the three(3) links below:

America has approximately 50,000 centenarians, and only 8% of them are over age 104. We believe Monroe Isadore should be resting safely in a care home tonight. Instead, his body is in the morgue. Advocate for specially trained officers in every metropolitan area to handle lunacy arrests, please. The mentally ill suffer 50% of the deaths by police that happen in the United States and many overuse of force incidents that officers with special training would be equipped to avoid. A life is a terrible thing to waste.

Repeat of Paragraph 1: Americans who have elderly relatives with age-onset dementia should remove their car keys and guns, especially people of color. The world's oldest police victim died yesterday in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, killed by a SWAT team because he had a gun. Monroe Isadore was 107 years of age. Chinese Dad Chains Blind, Mentally Ill Son in Cave; USA Uses Bullets, Tasers, and SHU

People in the UK and America are aghast at reading this headline in the Daily Mail: "Chinese father chains his blind, mentally ill son in a cave after losing their home (while he goes to live with his daughters)". People criticize the father for taking such drastic steps to protect his son, Cheng Xiangtao, 26, after losing their home. How is America better, since mentally ill people suffer 23 hours a day in solitary confinement in 9 ft x 6 ft cells? Sixty percent of inmates in SHU are mentally ill, and 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally challenged. Hypocrites should remove the beam in their own eye before criticizing the Chinese dad's mote. Cheng Yuanchao, 70, visits his son three times a day, does not Taser him, gas him, or let him die of starvation or brutality like some American mentally ill inmates do.

Yuanchao did not fracture his son's larynx like Maryland police did to Ethan Saylor, beat him to death like police did to Kelly Thomas, kill him through dehydration and neglect on a restraint table like Tim Souders, starve him to death behind bars like Carlos Umana, leave him to die in his own urine like Xavius Scullark-Johnson, Taser him to death like Inman Morales, or fatally shoot him like Christian Freeman, Brian Claunch, Mohamed Bah, Idriss Stelley, and many others. Yuanchao did not murder his son under secret arrest like Memphis police did to Larry Neal, or kill him through medical neglect like Anna Brown and Kathia Casseus. Yuanchao did not execute Cheng like Texas plans for Scott Panetti. Furthermore, Yuanchao does not use Cheng to enrich himself like American prison investors do to Rodriquez Nelson, who was sentenced to 56 years in prison for a domestic altercation that resulted in no lasting injuries.

"I have no home of my own now and nowhere to house my son," said Yuanchao. "This is the best I can do. I visit him three times a day with food and water so he is never hungry or thirsty. The chain is there only so he doesn't run off and hurt himself." Cheng is chained to the cave, which may seem cruel. Cheng is not free to roam alone and be murdered like Mitrice Richardson was, and her bones were found in the desert after a year's search.

Perhaps indigent and working class Americans would also seek ways to safely contain their mentally disabled relatives during heath crises when treatment is denied in order to save them from murderous police officers and ravenous private prison investors if such containment would not result in their own arrests. Humane and less expensive alternatives are offered in "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill Blog Welcome" at
http://dogjusticeformentallyill.blogspot.com/2013/07/dogjusticeformentallyill-blog-welcome.html
Corrective measures include: 1. police officers trained to make lunacy arrests without violence; 2. increased inpatient hospital space and reinstatement of Medicaid insurance for inpatient care; and 3. assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs for continuous psychiatric treatment and subsistence (food and housing). Providing adequate care for America's mentally dysfunctional citizens is significantly less expensive than fighting wars for human rights abroad, yet many families in the United States have even fewer choices for their mentally challenged relatives than Yuanchao has.

See the Daily Report article about Yuanchao's distress and love for his son at the link below:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2406853/Chinese-father-chains-blind-mentally-ill-son-cave-losing-home.html#ixzz2diH9oIyH

Cheng Xiangtao, blind and mentally disabled, enjoys the sun and wind and visits three times daily from his dad, unlike American mentally challenged inmates who are cruelly imprisoned in tiny solitary confinement cells 23 hours per day, some for decades.

Police Murder Ethan Saylor, Down Syndrome Victim

FREDERICK, MD — New details have emerged of the death of Ethan Saylor, a mentally handicapped man killed inside a movie theater in January while wearing police handcuffs. The official cause of death was asphyxiation, and an autopsy has revealed that the man suffered a peculiar injury — fractured throat cartilage — which one expert says could only have been caused by force of some kind. Force, which could have included a direct blow or manual strangulation.

Ethan loved the movie and clapped at its end. He wanted to see it again and refused to leave. Police were called. Ethan's caretaker explained that they lacked the money to purchase more tickets and asked police to please wait it out. Touching Ethan would make him "freak out."

“Next thing I know, there are I think three or four cops holding Ethan, trying to put him in handcuffs,” the aide told authorities, according to Sheriff’s Department documents. “I heard Ethan screaming, saying ‘ouch,’ ‘don’t touch me,’ ‘get off’ and crying. Next thing I hear is nothing.”

“Mommy! It hurt!” were Ethan Saylor's last words.

The police officers who killed him are still on the job.

Ethan Saylor, who police murdered over a movie ticket, Kelly Thomas, who police murdered for vagrancy, and Tim Sauders, who jailers murdered on a restraint table where he was abandoned for four days, were all Caucasians. They and other Caucasians were killed like black people with brain dysfunctions are, but their families' treatment after the murders significantly differs from the experience of some black survivors. The media reported the circumstances of these men's wrongful deaths, and accountability was demanded. Ethan's death is being examined by the U.S. Justice Department.

All the families were or will be awarded damages for the police murders. None of the families were censored, gangstalked, and financially persecuted for communicating about the deaths of their disabled relatives. No police went to the homes of Ethan, Kelly, and Tim and warned their families not to report crimes done to silence them. Survivors were not threatened by police with Tasering and arrests for complaining about the murders. Their homes were not burglarized to remove evidence related to the murders and denial of due process of law. None of these men's elderly relatives were sexually assaulted on their hospital beds as punishment for seeking justice in court. Nobody sprayed a chemtrail "x" over their rooftops. No one outlined their yards in paint and ordered helicopters to stand still over their rooftops for 30 minutes as harassment. They are not victimized by malicious prosecution. These families' phone calls and Internet usage are not blocked to prevent the world from knowing about their suppression - because they are Caucasians.

Caucasian families' cries for justice when police kill their disabled relatives are not ignored by every human and civil rights organization or suppressed by the media and law enforcement agencies, because the murders are not covered-up by the U.S. Justice Department. White survivors do not endure harsh tactics to elicit their silence. They are not faced with the possibility of having to take the murders and their own victimization before the United Nations as a last resort in the search for justice. All of these circumstances befell Larry Neal's family, because we are black.

Ethan Saylor, Kelly Thomas, and Tim Souders were Caucasians. They were murdered like Larry Neal was under the color of law. Larry was secretly arrested and held 18 days without his heart and psychiatric medications until he was murdered by that deprivation or by Taser or by restraint device or by brutality, but he was black. In America, that makes all the difference in how police murders are handled, even with blacks in positions of government responsibility. That is because most Negroes in decision making positions work for white supremacist globalists who consider it ridiculous to answer for any black person's wrongful death, particularly one who is mentally disabled. They have no respect whatsoever for anyone's humanity, but with blacks, they are not afraid to show it.

Families of mentally challenged people of every race and everyone who cares about their human rights must band together. Survivors of white police violence victims are treated better than survivors of black victims, but at the end of the day, they all have dead love ones. Families with members who suffer from schizophrenia, Downs syndrome, dementia, bipolar disorder, PTSD, Autism, and other brain issues must realize that whether black, white or other, their loved ones are at greater risk for incarceration, brutality, and police murder. None of our mentally challenged relatives and neighbors are safe as long as news about their deaths is stifled and police officers and jail guards are protected after wrongful deaths. It is time for everyone to unite and give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.

In the United States of America, a country that reportedly goes to war for the sake of "human rights," there is a blaring need to give at least DOG JUSTICE to the mentally ill. Read more in the seven(7) links below:
