First, they came for Larry Neal

FIRST, they came for Larry Neal and I said nothing, because I am not African American . . . Then they came for Kelly Thomas, Ethan Saylor, Brian Claunch and thousands more. Over 50% of police violence victims are mentally ill people of all races.

Brian Claunch was an unarmed, wheelchair-bound, schizophrenic double-amputee who was shot and killed by police in his Houston, Texas care home because he asked for a cigarette and soda.

Few African Americans said anything about the secret arrest and murder of Larry Neal, either. They were apparently told not to report news about Larry, who was murdered after 18 days of secret arrest in Memphis Shelby County Jail, in a "chocolate city" headed by a black mayor and many blacks on the County Commission - mostly NAACP members. That is how ridiculous it is for Americans to make race our main focus. Oppressors come in ALL COLORS. Google "The Cochran Firm Fraud."

We the People have relatives, friends and neighbors who are at risk for incarceration and death-by-police because of the deprivation of psychiatric treatment. Our communities' safety is continually compromised because of untreated mental illness, which is deliberately left untreated until sick citizens "prove" to be a danger to self and others by committing some crime worthy of imprisonment. Approximately 1.25 million mentally ill people are presently imprisoned and comprise at least 60% of inmates in solitary confinement torture. Every year, hundreds are killed by police officers in avoidable tragedies, even when they present no threat to police or anyone else.

The lives of mentally ill Americans are marginalized. This travesty of justice will continue for as long as families like the Neals are terrorized and censored to prevent disclosure while the People of America look the other way. Imprisonment for prison profits and avoidable deaths happen to African Americans, Caucasians, Asians, Latinos, and Native Americans. The only brain damaged people who may be exempt are the very wealthy - people can afford psychiatrists, private hospitals, and caregivers. Oppression of psychiatric patients is historic and universal, but nowhere is it more evident than in the United States of America, where the common, treatable health condition was criminalized and treatment is withheld in order to generate prison profits. Even veterans who transition from the battlefield become prisoners of war in America due to untreated post traumatic stress disorder.

Exposure of America's mental health crisis is increasing, even in mainstream media. Mary Neal, director of "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill," continues to find new avenues to expose discrimination against millions of Americans of all races who are subject to extreme negligence that leads to homelessness, prison and death: wrongful executions, police brutality (including deaths), and torturous prison sentences, many without trials.

WE DEMAND (1) accountability for all deaths, including accurate record keeping to document deaths and catastrophic injuries caused by police to mentally ill and brain damaged Americans; (2) easier access to involuntary commitment; (3) specially trained police officers to answer emergency calls involving people with brain issues; (4) a significant increase in psychiatric hospital beds; and (5) assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs mandating continuous psychiatric care and subsistence assistance to prevent re-hospitalization and recidivism for all acute mental patients exiting psychiatric hospitals and correctional institutions.

WHERE WOULD THE MONEY COME FROM FOR THESE FIVE CHANGES? Over one-half of America's prisoners are mentally ill people, many of whom would not have been arrested if they had not been deprived of care. The prison industrial complex is paid roughly $25 billion per year for their cruel incarceration (according to the 2008 PEW estimate of America's $50 billion per year prison expenditures), and hundreds of billions more each year in collateral costs (police services, indigent defense, and lawsuits caused by aggressive policing). AOT programs reduce incarceration by over 85%.

For the last number of years, this writer has been continually censored while entering data online, and data has been tampered with and some removed that I posted. Incoming and outgoing emails have been monitored, and some were interrupted. Thanks to Edward Snowden's revelations, traitors cannot disclaim these allegations. See the diagram he provided showing attacks on Google, a free speech hero, and read the latest revelations about NSA's war on privacy and free speech in the Washington Post article of October 30, 2013 "NSA infiltrates links to Yahoo, Google data centers worldwide, Snowden documents say"

People who read online articles by Mary Neal need not wait until more revelations are made by Edward Snowden's documents to realize the Internet is compromised. I gave up using Yahoo Mail years ago when most of my emails were bounced as I planned the "Human Rights for Prisoners March" in Atlanta in 2009. Our "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" group at Care2 is completely under stalkers' control. They covertly remove posts, prevent video posting, and prevent titles from being available to online search engines. Facebook is literally theirs.

Despite what might be NSA censorship, gangstalkers, and threats from the police in Georgia, where 1 in 13 people is in the prison system (probably 1 in 3 among blacks), Mary Neal will continue to expose the secret arrest and murder of her mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, and use his death and cover-up as a worst-case scenario of neglectful and criminal systemic discrimination toward the mentally ill in America. Help by reading and sharing articles in this DogJustice blog. Listen to and share urls from "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" broadcasts on Blogtalkradio every Wednesday night at 9pm Pacific Time. Millions of families with mentally challenged members rely on your help to end police brutality and lock the revolving door to jails and prisons for their loved ones. YOUR SILENCE IS CONSENT.

Christians Facilitate the Prison Industrial Complex

The Sword of TRUTH

"Jesus Christ Daily" and "Knowing Jesus" are Google+ Christian groups whose moderators rejected my invitation to give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. This is how the mentally ill became the largest class of people in prisons across America and those who are killed most regularly by police. The people who are called by the name of Christ have turned their backs on sick, naked prisoners. "Woe unto hypocrites" ~Holy Bible.

So-called Christians fill the Internet with inspirational messages about my Lord and His great love for mankind, and they claim to love Him. But many Christians show none of the love of Christ for their brethren who they see dying weekly at the hands of untrained police officers or locked in solitary prison cells. Their silence in the face of racism and class consciousness helped to build the prison industrial complex, which largely survives off the imprisonment of our most vulnerable citizens. Jesus Christ has a message for the church:

If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? ~1 John 4:20. And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? ~Luke 6:46.

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do ~James 1:22-25.

And WHAT does the Word say about the sick, handicapped, orphans, widows, and indigent people around us? What does the Word say about prisoners, especially the condemned?

OPEN THY MOUTH for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy ~Proverbs 31:8-9

Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body ~Hebrews 13:3.

I come with the sounds of mothers crying for their daughters and sons who are cruelly incarcerated in torturous conditions, sprayed with pepper spray, shocked with Tasers, killed with bullets for reason of a common, treatable health condition, and they turn me away! God has a word for hypocrites:

I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. ~Matt. 25:43, 46

I shake the dust of "Jesus Christ Daily" and "Knowing Jesus" off my feet. ~Matt 10: 14-15

Join the Lord's work, and Do His Word.

Announcing AIMI Media

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") does radio and television broadcasts, speaking engagements, and Google Hangouts as well as our articles at Dog Justice for Mentally Ill and Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill Internet sites. We experience much censorship using Internet services to advocate to decriminalize mental illness, but "still we rise"! (Myra Angelou). Since America's prison profiteering largely depends on continually criminalizing mentally challenged people, we expect oppression against this human rights effort. Therefore, please notify us if/when links to radio shows, Hangouts, YouTube videos, and articles do not work properly. That is one way you can help give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.

Media for this human and civil rights advocacy will be published in a new blog called "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill Media." Everyone, especially all members, are invited to be our guests. To see our schedule and access links to our radio/TV broadcasts, videos, Hangouts, etc., please see our new blog, "AIMI-Media" at , which will be launched by November 2013. Members and friends will soon be given more opportunities to help give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill. Our first two books will be available hopefully before the year's end: "Cochran Firm Fraud," a real life action drama about the struggle to publish a mental patient's death in secret incarceration and to help mental patients, and "21st Century Slave Songs," a book of poems about that journey and our prisoners' rights advocacy. Additionally, AIMI will offer many useful products for purchase: calendars, cups, and more. Videos will also be available for sale and download as we shift from publishing online articles to other media. You will be invited to join AIMI's mailing list and receive a quarterly newsletter for a nominal fee, in print and delivered by mail or as a pdf download, so that cyber stalkers cannot tamper with the information as easily. Consider advertising your law firm, care home, psychiatric and counseling services, and drug treatment and re-entry programs in the AIMI quarterly newsletter.

Blogtalkradio shows
Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill has joined National Network in Action on Blogtalkradio. Links to our shows, which began on October 2, are below. Please join us at 9pm Pacific each Wednesday night. Call-in at (818)572.2947, or use your computer for live and recorded shows at  . Please see a partial schedule for Blogtalkradio below:

October 23, 2013, Blogtalkradio: "Mentally ill victims of police violence, suicides in solitary confinement, and executions on death row" will be our topics on Blogtalkradio on October 23, 2013. October 22 is the day to commemorate Stolen Lives. AIMI will participate in the Atlanta, Georgia activities. To find the activities in your area, please see "Stand Up for Love - October 22 Coalition"

October 16, 2013, Blogtalkradio: "How Much Credence Should Law Enforcement Give to Allegations by Mentally Ill People?" These cases deserve careful investigation. Wed., October 16, 2013, Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill Blogtalkradio show, guests will be two people who suffered arrests and prosecution because of unfounded allegations by their seriously mentally ill family members. Charges were eventually dropped, but the false complaints wrecked their lives and costed them hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney's fees and lost wages. Consider that the White House gatecrasher believed that President Obama was stalking her.

Guests on the October 16 show will include a woman who was arrested and banned from Glynn County, GA based on her husband's hallucinations (a PTSD Vietnam vet). She was forced from her home and business and made to pay for criminal supervisory services for years although she was never convicted of any crime.

Another guest will be Christopher Bonds, a military man whose wife's aunt claimed he brutalized her. Authorities dropped the charges but refused to expunge his record.

October 10, 2013, Blogtalkradio: The Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill Blogtalkradio broadcast on October 10 concerned (1) the mentally ill in solitary confinement, (2) gifted mentally ill people who have excelled in government, the arts, and academia, (3) court-ordered mental health treatment through AOT programs, (4) Nazi Germany's genocide of roughly 300,000 mentally ill people before starting the Jewish Holocaust, (5) the need for prison investors to shift to humane investments, (6) and the urgent need for intervention by Christians and humanitarians regarding abuses, avoidable incarcerations and killings of mentally ill persons in America.

October 2, 2013, Blogtalkradio: AIMI's first broadcast on Blogtalkradio occurred on October 2. We gave an overview of our goals as an organization and why advocacy for the mentally ill is needed. Our guest was Dr. Jean Kennedy, an organizational psychologist who discussed the systemic implications of incarcerating mentally ill persons rather than hospitalizing them or giving treatment in their communities.

Advertising and sponsorships are important ways to give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill while announcing your legal and health care services, drug treatment programs and re-entry services to many AIMI members and friends. We currently have roughly 500 online members and will have many more as we break through the censorship applied by prison investors and/or others who are negatively impacted by this advocacy for human rights. There are approximately 1.25 million incarcerated mentally ill people in America. Assuming that each sick inmate has at least four family members and close friends means that imprisoning mental patients directly impacts at least five million Americans plus millions of acute mental patients who are not presently incarcerated but live with that constant risk. We will begin advertising during our Blogtalkradio broadcasts and on our DogJusticeforMentallyIll blog as well as in the quarterly newsletter. More information about these opportunities will be available at our new AIMI-Media blog. Please join this site, and see many articles listed in our DogJustice blog index on the right margin. Please read the free articles and post links thereto at your online groups. Help end censorship around mental illness, an "illegal" health condition.

If YOU have an idea for a Blogtalkradio show or would like to be a guest, please comment below or email me at My phone is under attack and I may not receive your email or phone messages, but the telephone number is 678.531.0262. As AIMI is funded by your donations, purchases of useful products, and our book sales, we hope to break free and actually have free speech and freedom of press to a greater degree than today. If you receive no response to your correspondence, phone calls, or comments on blogs within 24 hours, please assume that your correspondence is blocked and complain at Thank you for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.

Unarmed Mariam Carey Killed by D.C. Police; Man Sets Himself on Fire on National Mall

Police pulled the child from the rented black sedan, then EXECUTED an unarmed woman on Capitol Hill. Another dead mental patient. How can we expect the rest of the nation's police officers to use restraint if it is not used in the nation's capital? Why was Mariam Carey killed rather than apprehended? Did she reach for a baby diaper?

ABC reports: Miriam Carey's family said she had been suffering from postpartum depression with psychosis.

Interviews with some of those who knew the Stamford resident suggested she was coming apart well before she loaded her 1-year-old daughter into the car for the 275-mile drive to Washington, D.C.
Carey had suffered a head injury in a fall and had been fired as a dental hygienist, her former employer said.

“Deadly force was not necessary,” Mariam Carey's sister said. Valerie, who is also in law enforcement, says that police could have rammed her car or disabled it instead. They didn’t have to take her life in the process.

“There had to be something else they could have done,” said Amy Carey, another sister.

Many people are in crisis. A man set himself on fire on the National Mall in Washington on October 4. Thank goodness the police did not shoot him. He sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to the hospital. Huffington Post reports: "Katy Scheflen said passing joggers took off their shirts in an effort to help douse the flames, and the man was clearly alive as the fire spread. A police department spokesman said he was conscious and breathing at the scene. MedStar Washington Hospital Center tweeted that the man was taken there and he was in critical condition." He later died.

Before you or someone you care about experiences a mental health crisis caused by a head injury like Mariam Carey, an infection that goes to the brain, like my brother Larry Neal, or age-onset dementia, like 107-year-old Monroe Isadore, it would be a good idea for you to help give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. Sick people deserve timely treatment, not homelessness, prison, and death. You can help by sharing this article and others from "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog. Elect to "follow this blog" on your upper right margin. Thank you.

Wrongful Death of Larry Neal

Dog Justice for Mentally Ill

Feb. 10, 2014 UPDATE: The Sanders Firm, P.C., has agreed to represent the family of Mariam Carey in a well-deserved wrongful death lawsuit against Carey's executioners. Attorneys, friends, and fellow human rights advocates, the below empty space was a photo of "Dog Justice," our mascot for this blog. That photo and some others were removed from my articles by stalkers (perhaps NSA), who object to advocacy to decriminalize mental illness and stop hate crimes against mentally challenged Americans. Thank you, The Sanders Firm, P.C., for helping the Carey family. I would appreciate help having freedom of press and free speech to speak on behalf of people like Mariam Carey. Petition: "Free Mary Neal"
