After being jailed for four months after reportedly stealing $5 worth of snacks, Jamycheal Mitchell, 24, was found dead in his prison cell, possibly because he starved to death according to family members. Mitchell was deemed unfit to stand trial due to his bipolar disorder and was supposed to have transferred to a mental health facility but never was. Four months after his arrival, he died of what his aunt claims is a 90-pound weight loss. On this video https://youtu.be/Hli31yNXFlo RT’s Anya Parampil has more details.
