Terrell Scott's Torture Continues in Pennsylvania


Terrell Scott is pictured top, left in the collage above. Scott is a mentally ill black man who has been interned for over five years in Pennsylvania while denied his Sixth Amendment right to a trial. All the other mentally ill Americans in the photo were killed by law officers. Brian Claunch was a double amputee who was shot to death while sitting in his wheelchair in a Texas care home, "armed" with a ballpoint ink pen. Kelly Thomas was a homeless mentally ill man who was beaten to death by six Fullerton, California law officers. Larry Neal was secretly arrested (kidnapped) and interned in Memphis Shelby County Jail Scott for 18 days before being murdered on August 1, 2003, by undisclosed means. The government still refuses to reveal to his family how Larry was killed while police falsely, repeatedly denied having the disabled American in custody. Terrell Scott was incarcerated 4.5 years in torturous conditions before he finally agreed to sign a plea bargain after learning about two other mentally ill black men in Mississippi who had been illegally interned without trials nearly twice as long as he had been. 

 Because this article is censored by terrorists and stalkers, it is repeated in three comments below. Please read them to ensure that you get the full understanding about Terrell Scott, a victimized mentally ill black man in America who deserves and needs help. Thank you.

Scott's own attorney, Phil Lauer, worked against Scott's right to a fair, public, speedy trial (see court documents proving this at Reference No. 1, below). Scott was released from the Pennsylvania prison for two months after signing the plea bargain, then the State rearrested him on new false charges. Scott's arrest occurred at a mental hospital where he was an inpatient, because Judge Zito said that "prison is the best place for mentally ill people like him." 

Scott was again denied any trial on the new charges the State levied against him. This time, Scott was denied even knowing what the new charges were. That is the "liberty and justice for all" that black men receive in the USA, especially those who are mentally ill. Black people with mental illness in the USA are treated like "useless life," except for prison profiteering. Prison profiteers earn more by incarcerating mentally ill people, and the U.S. Justice Department generally refuses to protect the rights of disabled Americans and institutionalized persons, especially African Americans. Below is an update by Terrell Scott's mother. Holly Alston wrote:

My forever tears for my son Free Terrell Scott again have taken over. My heart is so broken. My phone call with Terrell this past Monday was only about five minutes. Terrell sounded robotic, plus a staff member from Graterford State Prison was standing over him. But I received a letter from Terrell today which made me so upset.

Terrell has only been able to take two showers since he's been transferred to Graterford State Prison, he wasn't given any toiletries, he's lost over 20 lbs. They make him wear a "Turtle Suit," which is just a heavy green smock with Velcro tabs on it. The issue with this is that it's too small, and Terrell is getting yelled at because he can't keep it closed. Unfortunately, Terrell is being exposed practically nude. He has no privacy. The camera is on him 24 hours a day, and his cell is infested with mice and spiders.

Terrell wrote, "Mama, that's only the stuff I can tell you; if I told you everything . . . I wouldn't want you to have another heart attack."

I have no words. I can't stop crying knowing that my son continues to be tortured.

Pennsylvania: "Black Mental Patients 4 Cash"


The world knows about Pennsylvania's "Kids 4 Cash" scandal. This article reveals Pennsylvania's "Mentally Ill Blacks 4 Cash." Americans were deprived of their freedom for prison profits in both cases.

Defendant Terrell Scott's family and the court docket provided the following information:

Terrell Scott has been wrongly incarcerated for almost five years years - indefinitely detained and denied trial because a disreputable middle age white woman, who used Scott as a sex slave from age 17, falsely alleged that Scott molested her young daughters. Crystal Hodgkins (pictured) filed the false charges after Scott filed a complaint against the woman with Child Protective Services. After investigation, all five of her children were removed from her custody (one child died mysteriously before Scott met her). She later apologized to Scott's brother. Crystal explained that she just wanted to retaliate against Scott at the time but later regreted her lies.

 In July 2009, Phil Lauer, Esq. demanded a $10,000 legal fee and required the family of Terrell Scott to hire an investigator. Scott's family paid $3,000 to an investigator Lauer recommended who never did any investigations and made no investigative reports on this case. Lauer agreed in July 2009 to represent Scott, then did not enter a notice of appearance on Terrell Scott's case until January 12, 2011, per the criminal docket report. Nevertheless, Lauer had Terrell Scott to sign a waiver to speedy trial in August 2010. On June 2, 2011, Phil Lauer withdrew as Terrell Scott's counsel and filed his withdrawal with the court. Terrell Scott was deemed pro se litigant on the court docket as of June 15, 2011. Subsequently, Lauer apparently filed documents with the court as though Terrell Scott filed them as a pro se litigant. The defense attorney recently coerced Scott to sign a plea deal wherein this mentally ill young man, whose mother has his power of attorney, agreed to criminalize himself BECAUSE PENNSYLVANIA HAS KEPT HIM INDEFINITELY DETENTION WITHOUT TRIAL TO FORCE A PLEA DEAL FOR NEARLY FIVE YEARS. Judge Vito ordered there would be NO MORE CONTINUANCES in Terrell Scott's case on December 27, 2010. That is probably why the prosecutor defrauded the court by claiming falsely that Terrell Scott was unavailable for trial. Northampton County Assistant D.A. Patricia Broscius claimed that Scott was in a mental hospital while he was really in prison. She apparently sought to avoid trial because the state cannot prove its case and never even had an arrest warrant for Scott. Taxpayers have probably already paid a million dollars to keep Terrell Scott jailed and hospitalized for crimes that never happened. He was apparently railroaded by officers of the court who conspired against Scott to force a plea deal on what they must know were false charges. The conspiracy would not have been possible without defense attorney Phil Lauer, a man who was actually Scott's attorney of record for only five months of this ordeal, according to the docket.

Since incarceration, Scott lost his hearing in one ear and his eyesight in one eye during beatings by inmates. Child molestation is a horrendous charge that led to Scott's brutal treatment behind bars. He has been raped. He tried to commit suicide after an HIV-infected inmate spat in his eye. Scott also had to clean HIV-infected blood and urine off his cell floor from his cellmate's overfilled colostomy bag. When Scott's family turned to Lauer for help, his response was, "Nobody said prison is a picnic." He did nothing to enhance security for Scott. Scott's family did not know Lauer was not even Scott's attorney on the record. They found out about that fraud this week.

On January 31, 2014, Lauer plans to walk into court and file a plea deal that he finally managed to coerce from Terrell Scott. A mentally ill man who was held hostage by the State of Pennsylvania for nearly five years, brutally beaten and raped, exposed to HIV, and tortured in solitary confinement periodically has finally capitulated and admitted guilt for crimes that never even happened. If such torture continues to reap such favorable rewards, innocent people held on false criminal charges may be waterboarded next. Congratulations, prison investors.

Terrell Scott's court docket now shows court scheduled for February 3, 2014. As usual, that is not true. Court in this case is scheduled to convene on January 31, 2014.

How many more people in Pennsylvania and throughout America are being held in indefinite detention with their Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment rights denied? Philistines, scribes and Pharisees have no morals whatsoever. They continue to sell this country out and take unfair advantage of Americans, beginning with minorities and poor people of every race. When will Americans lay aside racial prejudice and stop believing lies they are fed by the government-controlled media? When will Americans protect children, the disabled, and elderly people in our villages? When will Americans resist oppression?

1) Call the media and let journalists know you object to Terrell Scott and other Americans being held indefinitely without trials unless defendants agree to sign plea deals admitting guilt.

Then call officers of the court who colluded to indefinitely detain Shannon Nyamodi in Franklin County, North Carolina. Ask Shannon's attorney, prosecutor, and the media the same questions about his false arrest. Shannon, 19, has been held without trial for over 16 months on charges the district attorney cannot defend in court. Terrell Scott - Teen Sex Slave Wrongly Arrested in PA


1.   At age 17, Terrell Scott, a homeless, mentally challenged, black youth, was made a sex slave by Betty (not her real name), a 40 year old Caucasian woman with five children under Terrell's age. Terrell had to work and give Betty his paycheck, clean the home, and care for her five children in addition to providing sex for Betty. Child Protective Services (CPS) visited the home twice weekly, because Betty had lost a child under suspicious circumstances before Terrell met her. 

 2.   Terrell remained with Betty and her children for approximately four years, afraid for the children every day. At his mother's urging, Terrell eventually reported his fears to CPS about negligence and abuse Betty's children received, and the children were removed from her home. Betty allegedly fed her children expired rice with bugs crawling through, left for long periods of time whenever she received a monthly check, and the girls were allegedly sold for prostitution when Betty's money ran low. 

 3.   Betty allegedly retaliated against Terrell Scott roughly six months after her children were removed from her custody. Betty falsely reported that Terrell had raped her daughters. Terrell has now been imprisoned for four years in Pennsylvania, held on a $500,000 bond and denied a trial. Terrell's family said Terrell was tricked into signing a waiver to a speedy trial.

 4.   Terrell has been raped and beaten behind bars, exposed to HIV virus, and made to endure solitary confinement. His beating robbed him of his eyesight in one eye and his hearing in one ear. He was never treated for his injuries. Terrell's guard, Officer Hill, allegedly told the mentally ill youth that if he reported his rape and beating, something bad would happen to his family. The mentally ill and children are easily bullied. Therefore, an infection apparently spread and impacted Terrell's vision and hearing. 

 5.   Terrell's cellmate was an HIV positive inmate who wore a colostomy bag. The bag sometimes overfilled, and urine and blood would run onto the floor. Terrell cleaned the floor without latex gloves. During an argument over a television, Terrell's cellmate spat in his eye, and Terrell may therefore be HIV-infected. Terrell tried to commit suicide after being spat upon by his HIV-infected cellmate and was sent to solitary confinement after being released from the hospital where he was comatose for a period of time after overdosing on his psychiatric medication.  

6.   Betty allegedly confessed to Terrell's brother that she lied on Terrell and apologized to him. The family was hopeful because Betty allegedly made her confession while at work, and they presumed the conversation was caught on the two cameras that were trained on Betty while she ran the cash register. But Terrell's lawyer never followed up on that confession in any way, as far as the family knows.

14. The family and perhaps friends also plan to appear on the Rev. Pinkney Blogtalkradio show Sunday, November 17, 2013 at 5pm Eastern to seek more people to sign their petition for Terrell to finally get a trial and justice. 

15.   Terrell's family said he was never read his Miranda rights and was not permitted to have an attorney represent him at the arraignment hearing. When Terrell asked for an attorney, police allegedly responded that they would represent Terrell and proceeded to tell the judge what a vicious, dangerous person Terrell was and that he deserved a high bond. Terrell's family said they are dissatisfied with the attorney who finally was assigned to represent Terrell but were refused a replacement. As far as this family knows, no discovery was ever conducted in Terrell's case to get statements from Betty or her daughters who Betty alleged were raped by Terrell. Neither were CPS workers interviewed - professionals who were in the home twice weekly and never noted any concerns about Terrell's conduct with the children.

16.   Terrell was forced to leave his home at age 17 by his abusive stepfather, according to Holly Alston. Terrell wanted to protect his mother, who has muscular dystrophy, from her husband, who had been in the home since Terrell was six years old. From his earliest childhood, Terrell has been severely mistreated. The schizophrenic young man has wrestled with mental illness throughout his life.
