The videos below prove hackers work as Mary Neal does to curtail the human rights activist's freedom of press rights. Hackers oppose Mary Neal posting information about Melissa Williams and Timothy Russel, a mentally ill Ohio woman and her driver who police killed in a hail of 137 bullets that taxpayers bought. I appreciate Screencastify software by Google, which allows me to upload videos showing my censorship rights are attacked to hide the murders of black and mentally ill Americans. Sometimes it takes lots of espionage to upload films from my digital camera to YouTube. I am followed when I leave home, and hackers take over whatever computers I use in libraries or at friends' houses. Therefore, we now have hundreds of videos proving my censorship and proving that I am followed. We plan to upload the videos at and sell them to the public, because (a) I am financially persecuted and need funds, and (b) funds would help with our advocacy to decriminalize mental illness in the USA (where sick people are used as prison commodities).

I hope that the world will be interested in my censorship and intimidation as a survivor of a black mental patient who was kidnapped by police and secretly arrested and killed in the Memphis Shelby County Jail in Tennessee, USA. Interestingly, neither of the two videos above appeared among my videos presented at Twitter, where I am @Koffietime https://twitter.com/koffietime >>. The videos are apparently censored. In America, censorship is used to contain news about crimes against humanity, which happen frequently, then more censorship is used to hide the fact that censorship was used initially. A website that attempts to document police killings by using news reports is "Killed By Police" at http://killedbypolce.net >> It records 1,500 police killings since January 2014. "Killed By Police" omits murders of U.S. prisoners and police-related killings that were censored initially, like Larry Neal's was, which were never reported in the news. For example, the State of Florida reports 346 inmate deaths for 2014 alone. America has 50 states, all of which have abusive correctional facilities and pathetically irresponsible oversight.

Mass Incarceration is Eugenics, Margaret Sanger-Style

Paragraph 1 of 10. Mass incarceration serves the same purpose as enforced sterilization in America did: It prevents reproduction among poor whites, blacks, and the mentally ill. The fact that Margaret Sanger is being considered as a candidate to replace Lincoln on the $20 bill is a public declaration of Nazism, fellow citizens. Unlike other black leaders, I do not discourage this move. Let decision makers in the U.S. Government state plainly how they feel about mentally ill people and blacks who their law enforcement officers continually murder. SAY IT LOUD, USA! Put Sanger, the eugenicists and racist, on your money.

Paragraph 2 of 10. Bravo, I say! You make my job so much easier with this public declaration of your sentiments and true intentions. The country that is considering enforced vaccinations for all adult Americans should immediately issue this red pill plainly enough to unite all Americans who know right from wrong and choose right. Put Nathan Bedford Forrest on your $10 bills while you're at it! Announce yourselves!

Paragraph 3 of 10. Thanks to Margaret Sanger, ENFORCED STERILIZATION was used to suppress population growth among people labeled as mentally ill. Victims included poor whites and blacks in states throughout the USA, and children as young as age 8 were sterilized to prevent them from adding "imbeciles" to America's population. One of the victims was Elaine Riddick, a human rights advocate whose only son is a successful businessman. Thus far, only North Carolina, where Riddick lived, has earmarked funds to compensate those who were sterilized under its eugenics program. One can assume that the rest of the states that forcibly sterilized blacks and whites who were labeled as being mentally ill are not sorry and do not pretend to be. Hold out your arms, Americans! Eugenicists have a shot for you.

Paragraph 4 of 10. "Maafa21" is a documentary about eugenics and Margaret Sanger. Embedded below is the film about efforts were to eliminate Blacks, whites who lacked wealth, and mentally challenged people from America. It answered many questions for me, like WHY my mentally, physically disabled brother was kidnapped by police and secretly murdered in 2003 and no accountability is demanded. It explains why I am allowed to be censored, terrorized, stalked, and no legal remedy is applied to those crimes. Paragraph 5 of 10. "Maafa21" makes it clear who Margaret Sanger was and why it is an excellent idea for America to publish her likeness on $20 bills. Every child will ask "Who is she?" By doing so, they will learn geography much sooner than this writer did. Our children will learn where they really live. I thought I lived in a country where every person's human and civil rights are honored and protected for nearly 50 years, which is entirely false. Our children deserve to receive $20 bills for their birthdays featuring a photo of the racist Nazi who also practiced health discrimination. Our children deserve honesty

Conversations will arise revealing that Nazi Germany isolated and exterminated 300,000 people labeled as being mentally ill before that country embarked on the elimination of six million people who were killed because they were Jews, blacks, homosexuals as well as dissidents who disagreed with the genocide. Tell our children that Hitler claimed he got the idea for mass murder from America's eugenics program and America's massacre of millions of Native Americans. Put Margaret Sanger on the $20 bills - I insist!

Paragraph 7 of 10. Replace the stars on the U.S. flag with Sanger's likeness, also, and substitute her name for "flag" in the "Star Spangled Banner." No more closet racism! Down with so-called "white liberals" pretending to believe in liberty and justice for all when they obviously do not. Remove Lincoln from the memorial in Washington, D.C. and set a statue of Forrest there. Let us be completely honest for a change, America. Reveal that mass incarceration exists in America to prevent Blacks, poor whites, and people labeled as being mentally ill from having access to the opposite sex and reproducing. Reveal why persons in this category are regularly killed by police without any accountability being demanded.

Paragraph 8 of 10. Racism and health discrimination are as American as apple pie. Show our children and the rest of the world the truth! People cannot change problems they do not know exist, and this human rights advocate is so censored that it is challenging for me to expose the truth like Sanger being featured on the $20 bill will do. The new money will make a worldwide announcement of Nazism even more plainly than the continuous killings of unarmed black people and mentally ill people ever can. Demonstrate to the world who you are, eugenicists and murderers. Please issue the new money BEFORE announcing mandatory vaccines for every adult American.

Terrell Scott Re-Arrested on Indefensible Charges

1.  Terrell Scott's present imprisonment is the most blatant evidence of mentally ill Americans being victimized for being sick that this advocate has ever encountered. Scott was re-arrested on June 5 for failing to keep appointments with his probation office although he was committed to a mental hospital at the time. His crime is apparently that he never learned astral projection - the ability to appear two places simultaneously. Prison profiteers in the Pennsylvania justice system need a psych evaluation. This article was updated June 21, 2014, and again on June 27, 2014.

2.  In 2009, two veteran judges in Pennsylvania courts were charged with corruption after confessing to accepting $2.6m for railroading children into private juvenile facilities. The same thing is happening to the mentally ill and poor people in Pennsylvania, probably because whereas one of the judges was charged and sentenced, nothing at all happened to the prison owners, and this writer does not know about the second judge. Bribing judges is criminal, but the owners of the private prison facilities who conspired with the judges were spared prosecution, as far as I know.

3.  Terrell Scott was arrested off the word of a Caucasian woman who he exposed as being an abusive, negligent mother who enjoyed sex with underage black boys. When he reported her children's abuse to Pennsylvania authorities, Terrell's allegations were thoroughly investigated and found to be true. The children were removed from Crystal's custody. Months later, apparently missing her child support and blaming Terrell, Crystal went to officials and said that Terrell Scott had abused her children. No proof was offered, and Terrell Scott was never allowed to defend himself against the charges in court.

4.  Falsely accusing mentally ill people and black youths of crimes that never happened, then denying trial, is America's new prison profiteering game plan. Victims like Terrell Scott are held indefinitely without trials for years in torturous conditions unless and until they agree to sign false confessions and plea bargain. This happens throughout the United States, and it will continue and worsen unless Americans take a stand against the blatant denial of our constitutional right to a fair, public, speedy trial-by-jury as laid out in the Sixth Amendment.

5.  Shannon Nyamodi, an innocent black youth, age 20, was detained in Franklin County Jail in torturous solitary confinement for most two years, presumably to help the state avoid prosecuting a white youth who may have done the crime for which Nyamodi was arrested. Nyamodi's own attorney, Mike Klinkosum, helped North Carolina avoid taking his case to trial. For some reason, the North Carolina Department of Corrections suddenly transferred Nyamodi away from Franklin County Jail to another correctional facility last month, which finally relieved Nyamodi of torturous solitary confinement. 

6.  The first thing that Nyamodi did upon transfer was to fire his corrupt attorney, who had asked for a continuance rather than taking his client's case to trial despite having charged Nyamodi's family a king's ransom for his defense. Nyamodi (who was also apparently denied mail privileges in Franklin County Jail as well as visitors and telephone calls) mailed the termination letter to Klinkosum and filed a copy with the court. Mysteriously, Nyamodi was transferred right back to Franklin County Jail last week, and Klinkosum was able to extract his signature on a plea bargain the same day. The trauma of being sent back to his torture chamber must have robbed Nyamodi of his last resistance, which was the apparent plan.

7.  This week, a Florida judge actually interrupted court and engaged in a fist fight with a defense attorney who demanded his client's right to a speedy trial. Many judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys are prison investors, but the Florida defendant's case was apparently assigned to an honest public defender who wanted justice for his client, unlike Mike Klinkosum and Terrell Scott's attorney, Phil Lauer. 8.  Indefinite detention with trials denied ordinarily happens to black youths like Nyamodi or mentally ill Americans like Terrell Scott, because those defendants are most susceptible to intimidation. Mississippi has two mentally ill black men imprisoned and awaiting trials for seven and eight years. Apparently, the Mississippi inmates were not tortured as effectively as Nyamodi and Scott were.

9.  Terrell Scott was beaten so badly while imprisoned that he allegedly lost his hearing in one ear and his eyesight in one eye, and his jaw is misaligned. Terrell was made the cellmate of an HIV-positive inmate whose colostomy bag would overfill with infected urine and blood that spilled onto the floor of their small cell. Terrell had to clean the floor without latex gloves. Terrell was spat upon in his eyes with HIV-infected saliva, then tried to commit suicide because he knew he had been exposed to the HIV virus on top of being indefinitely detained without trial. Terrell was in a coma for a period of time. When Terrell recovered, he was thrown into torturous solitary confinement. 

10.  Scott withstood unbearable torture during five years of incarceration with trial denied after reporting child abuse that was investigated and found to be happening to Crystal's children. When the court calendared a trial date for Scott, either Phil Lauer, who was Scott's attorney, would ask for a continuance or the prosecutor would claim falsely that Scott was in a mental hospital and unavailable for trial. The prosecutor told this lie although Scott was imprisoned and awaiting his opportunity defend himself before a jury of his peers. 

11. No punitive action was taken against either officer of the court for conspiring to prevent due process of law for Terrell Scott, who is now back in prison for the "crime" of missing probation meetings, two while he was still incarcerated and one while he was committed to a mental hospital being treated for PTSD caused by the Pennsylvania injustice system. A hearing on Terrell's probation violation charge is scheduled for June 27.

12. Incredibly, Terrell's family retained yet another corrupt attorney to represent him. Glennis L. Clark, Esq. did not even bother to show up for his client's first hearing, but what he did do was outrageous. Terrell Scott reported to his mother that Clark prepared an Order that Judge Zito signed ordering Terrell into prison for six months as a drug/alcohol offender. Terrell has never used street drugs or alcohol. Neither has he ever failed a drug test or been charged with any violations regarding drunkenness or illegal drugs. Terrell is mentally ill and was at risk for abuse from inmates who are drug addicts and detoxing. 

13.  The U.S. justice system refuses to respect the human rights of mentally disabled people. My brother, Larry Neal, was secretly arrested and murdered in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. His wrongful death was denied any inquest, investigation, and explanation, and his family is denied records about his fatal arrest. This happened although Shelby County Jail had already been sued by the USA for its pattern of abusing inmates' civil rights and placed under the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ). When Larry was murdered, the USDOJ helped to cover-up the inmate's death rather than following the proper protocol. Larry's family endured lawyer fraud by The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, which defrauded the Neals to keep the secret murder out of civil court, and we have been been financially persecuted, intimidated, and censored for nearly eleven years to keep Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder a government secret. 

14.  With the recent unexplained jailhouse death of Eileen DiNino, 55, of Reading, we learned that Pennsylvania is also locking up poor women, white and black, for small fines having to do with truant children. This is a cruel, lawless society where our most vulnerable citizens, people who lack wealth and sick people, are mistreated mercilessly by greedy infidels over the justice system who have no respect for God's law or man's. Debtors prisons are illegal, but that does not stop lawless prison investors. People must resist the tendency to tolerate injustices without resistance until they are themselves abused. Apathy is like a fertilizer for lawlessness.

15.  I numbered the TWENTY-ONE (21) paragraphs in this article to discourage stalkers (also known as "vengeful librarians") who ordinarily ignore my right to freedom of press and remove text and photos from my blog articles and hide my radio broadcasts. Stalkers are working right now to hide or corrupt the url to our Wednesday AIMI radio broadcasts at the signature line beneath this article. Our "Human Rights for Prisoners March" Blogtalkradio show taped on May 19 was offline for weeks, and some friends have complained that they are still not allowed to hear it. The show features two psychologists and an international human rights lawyer discussing ways to reduce America's 67.5 percent recidivism rate. Prison investors do not want recidivism reduced. I am censored to impede advocacy against colossal crimes by prison investors, police departments, and the federal government that happen regularly the United States of America.

17. A Florida judge became enraged when public defender refused to waive his client's right to a speedy trial and invited the attorney into the hall to fight. The judge allegedly beat the attorney's head. As the courtroom filled with the sound of forceful blows, the lawyer could be heard crying, "Alright! Alright!" http://youtu.be/rMWlQmea-I0




18.  Apparently, Terrell Scott was again double-crossed by his own attorney. The entire family is suffering from Legal Abuse Syndrome. Holly's father, who hired Phil Lauer, also hired Glennis L. Clark, the defense attorney who did not show up at Scott's first hearing on the probation violation charge. Scott's grandfather left his sickbed and went to the lawyer's office to fire him but was told Clark was not available. The frustration may have contributed to his need for emergency heart surgery last week. Holly Alston, who is still young, had a heart attack during the two months that Terrell was out of prison because of a continuous onslaught against her family by Pennsylvania officials. 

19.  CPS has apparently joined the persecution campaign and threatens Holly's youngest son, Kai, who is 10. (This will be covered in another article.) Treacherous defense attorneys made it necessary for Scott's family to try to manage his defense themselves although they have little knowledge about legal matters. Holly called the prison and was told that Scott should not have been on the detox floor, and he is now back with the general population. A young man like Scott could be worth millions over the course of his lifetime to prison investors, guilt or innocence notwithstanding. This family desperately needs an attorney who is NOT a prison profiteer, if Pennsylvania has any.

20. This article was updated June 23, 2014. Mary Neal is as determined to have freedom of press as Holly Alston is to keep her family together in 21st century America, which has allegedly entered a post-racial era that no blacks noticed.

21. June 27, 2014 UPDATE: Terrell Scott's hearing was postponed until Wednesday, July 2, 2014. His probation officer was reportedly unavailable for the hearing due to a family emergency. Scott was unable to be assigned a public defender. His treacherous former attorney, Glennis L Clark, Esq., who did not bother to show up for his client's first probation hearing, has refused to remove his name as the acting attorney. He was fired two weeks ago by Terrell's grandfather, who paid for his legal services. The family assumes Clark remains on record as legal counsel on this case simply to block Scott from having adequate representation. It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. But this happens to mentally ill Americans routinely in the nation's jails and prisons. What happened to Larry Neal?

Censorship, Isolation, Death

1.   People who censor AIMI's online advocacy for human rights believe that you do not care about brutality victims who are not Caucasians. Therefore, the censorship team removed certain photographs from this blog that depict whites killed by police during their psychotic episodes but left photos of the black and brown victims. A minus sign usually appears where photographs were stolen from Dog Justice blog.

2.   Nazis see all indigent and working class people as commodities whose worth is determined by their contribution to an efficient nation. They consider the elderly and handicapped to be "useless eaters" like Hitler did. In fact, Columbia, South Carolina recently announced plans to coral homeless people, among whom the mentally ill are overly represented, into a 240-bed concentration camp at the edge of town. That was also Nazi Germany's first step in its "Final Solution" - the isolation and massacre of its citizens who were mentally ill, physically handicapped, or elderly. Before exterminating millions of Jews and Africans, roughly 300,000 mentally challenged people of all races were eliminated. For Columbia to intern its most vulnerable citizens in a concentration camp sets a dangerous precedent that could spread throughout the nation. Please object.

3.   The censorship team also removed our Dog Justice, which is the shape of a dog formed by the lines in a person's fingerprint. With few exceptions, the drawing was positioned near the beginning or end of articles in "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog. The picture of DogJustice is meant to convey the fact that dogs have a protected right to life in the United States that is ordinarily denied to people with mental illness and development disabilities.

4.   I wrote and spoke about the photo thefts in "Justice Gagged" blog and at our "Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill" Blogtalkradio show. The links to the article and the radio show are below. This article has three(3) photos, eight(8) urls, and nine(9) paragraphs.

5.   Some may reason that a concentration camp like Columbia erected would supply food during the winter and housing where the homeless can live in safety. But imprisonment is no guarantee of safety. The local and federal government colluded to cover up the secret arrest and murder of my mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal, in 2003. The Justice Department was in direct overview of Memphis Shelby County Jail at the time, yet Larry's family is denied any accountability whatsoever for his kidnapping and murder, and we endure censorship and persecution for making inquiries and because we advocate for justice regarding other offenses against mentally challenged Americans.

6.   I have published thousands of articles and emails since Larry's death to warn Americans that if no accountability is demanded for mentally challenged people who are continually killed by police and those who suffer behind bars, the rights of life and liberty for all citizens are jeopardized. Nearly a decade ago, I realized that concentration camps and possibly genocide are planned for indigent and working class people of all races, beginning with those who Nazis perceive as being "useless eaters" - disabled people and the elderly. In January 2009, Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-FL) introduced H.R.645, proposing six concentration camps in America. The bill died in committee. In 2011, Congress passed S.1867 with provisions for Americans' indefinite military detention without trials (introduced by Sen. Levin (D-MI). NDAA was signed into law by the president on New Year's Eve a couple of months later. Now Columbia, South Carolina plans to intern its homeless population in concentration camps in the absence of trials (introduced by Councilman Cameron Runyan, also a Democrat). It appears that the United States is returning to its roots as a penal colony and that mentally challenged people are first to go, as usual.

7.   "Dog Justice for the Mentally Ill" blog is not another appeal to officials to please be fair and humane to mentally challenged Americans. It is an appeal to the public to demand that everyone's human and civil rights are honored, including the mentally ill. Through select news stories, we prove that the mentally ill are marginalized people who suffer from systemic discrimination. They comprise over 50% of the police violence victims as well as over 50% of America's prisoners. AIMI demonstrates that they are reserved untreated to become prison commodities, although it is less expensive to treat people than to trap them in a revolving door to prisons and hospitals. AIMI offers alternatives to incarcerating and killing mentally challenged people: (a) build and re-open mental hospitals; (b) reinstate Medicaid or another insurance to cover overnight hospital stays for indigent people in psychiatric treatment facilities; (c) institute assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs; and (d) use specially trained police to conduct lunacy arrests.

Police Murder Ethan Saylor, Down Syndrome Victim

FREDERICK, MD — New details have emerged of the death of Ethan Saylor, a mentally handicapped man killed inside a movie theater in January while wearing police handcuffs. The official cause of death was asphyxiation, and an autopsy has revealed that the man suffered a peculiar injury — fractured throat cartilage — which one expert says could only have been caused by force of some kind. Force, which could have included a direct blow or manual strangulation.

Ethan loved the movie and clapped at its end. He wanted to see it again and refused to leave. Police were called. Ethan's caretaker explained that they lacked the money to purchase more tickets and asked police to please wait it out. Touching Ethan would make him "freak out."

“Next thing I know, there are I think three or four cops holding Ethan, trying to put him in handcuffs,” the aide told authorities, according to Sheriff’s Department documents. “I heard Ethan screaming, saying ‘ouch,’ ‘don’t touch me,’ ‘get off’ and crying. Next thing I hear is nothing.”

“Mommy! It hurt!” were Ethan Saylor's last words.

The police officers who killed him are still on the job. 

Ethan Saylor, who police murdered over a movie ticket, Kelly Thomas, who police murdered for vagrancy, and Tim Sauders, who jailers murdered on a restraint table where he was abandoned for four days, were all Caucasians. They and other Caucasians were killed like black people with brain dysfunctions are, but their families' treatment after the murders significantly differs from the experience of some black survivors. The media reported the circumstances of these men's wrongful deaths, and accountability was demanded. Ethan's death is being examined by the U.S. Justice Department. 

All the families were or will be awarded damages for the police murders. None of the families were censored, gangstalked, and financially persecuted for communicating about the deaths of their disabled relatives. No police went to the homes of Ethan, Kelly, and Tim and warned their families not to report crimes done to silence them. Survivors were not threatened by police with Tasering and arrests for complaining about the murders. Their homes were not burglarized to remove evidence related to the murders and denial of due process of law. None of these men's elderly relatives were sexually assaulted on their hospital beds as punishment for seeking justice in court. Nobody sprayed a chemtrail "x" over their rooftops. No one outlined their yards in paint and ordered helicopters to stand still over their rooftops for 30 minutes as harassment. They are not victimized by malicious prosecution. These families' phone calls and Internet usage are not blocked to prevent the world from knowing about their suppression - because they are Caucasians.

Caucasian families' cries for justice when police kill their disabled relatives are not ignored by every human and civil rights organization or suppressed by the media and law enforcement agencies, because the murders are not covered-up by the U.S. Justice Department. White survivors do not endure harsh tactics to elicit their silence. They are not faced with the possibility of having to take the murders and their own victimization before the United Nations as a last resort in the search for justice. All of these circumstances befell Larry Neal's family, because we are black.

Ethan Saylor, Kelly Thomas, and Tim Souders were Caucasians. They were murdered like Larry Neal was under the color of law. Larry was secretly arrested and held 18 days without his heart and psychiatric medications until he was murdered by that deprivation or by Taser or by restraint device or by brutality, but he was black. In America, that makes all the difference in how police murders are handled, even with blacks in positions of government responsibility. That is because most Negroes in decision making positions work for white supremacist globalists who consider it ridiculous to answer for any black person's wrongful death, particularly one who is mentally disabled. They have no respect whatsoever for anyone's humanity, but with blacks, they are not afraid to show it.

Families of mentally challenged people of every race and everyone who cares about their human rights must band together. Survivors of white police violence victims are treated better than survivors of black victims, but at the end of the day, they all have dead love ones. Families with members who suffer from schizophrenia, Downs syndrome, dementia, bipolar disorder, PTSD, Autism, and other brain issues must realize that whether black, white or other, their loved ones are at greater risk for incarceration, brutality, and police murder. None of our mentally challenged relatives and neighbors are safe as long as news about their deaths is stifled and police officers and jail guards are protected after wrongful deaths. It is time for everyone to unite and give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.

In the United States of America, a country that reportedly goes to war for the sake of "human rights," there is a blaring need to give at least DOG JUSTICE to the mentally ill. Read more in the seven(7) links below:

The video embedded below is an example of the censorship faced by Mary Neal regarding efforts to give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL. In January 2009, Rep. Eddie Johnson (D-TX) introduced H.R.619, a bill into U.S. Congress that would have resumed Medicaid insurance payments for psychiatric inpatients. That funding was deleted in the 1970s. As a result, private prisons were opened across the nation because of overcrowding as hundreds of thousands of mentally ill people who were released from hospitals became prison inmates instead of hospital inpatients. Their health condition had been criminalized. The concept of imprisoning rather than treating America's acute mental patients is very lucrative for numerous prison investors moonlighting as public officials.



Today America has approximately 1.25 million mentally ill inmates, without whom private prisons would not exist. Sick people are the backbone of the private prison industry. Between incarcerating psychiatric patients and the War on Drugs, private prison owners and investors created a huge empire by taking full advantage of victims' psychiatric conditions and drug addictions. I became the most censored person in America because of my advocacy to expose and oppose the mass incarceration and murders of America's mentally ill.

The proposal to resume using Medicaid for psychiatric hospitals under H.R.619 died in congressional committees. It was a bill that would have made mental hospitalization available for indigent acute mental patients BEFORE tragedies and avoidable crimes. But cyber stalkers were hired to prevent advocacy by hundreds of members of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill, an online human rights organization. Throughout 2009 and 2010, years when national health care insurance was the main subject on every news show, H.R.619 was never mentioned by any journalist. The system did not want America to know that an alternative to arrests of mental patients was on the table.

Families of acute mental patients are ordinarily denied assistance for their loved ones experiencing crises. Sick Americans are deliberately left untreated until after crimes in order to keep the prison system well fed. Municipalities actually have quotas they must fulfill with private prison companies in their areas - contracts promise private prisons to keep them filled to a certain level, then our courts deliver. The worse the crimes that are committed by psychiatric patients, the longer prison terms they receive, and the more money prison investors get as a result of those sentences. That is, IF they make it to jail alive and are not killed by police officers while in custody. Many sick people are not so lucky.

Denying treatment for the lack of mental hospital beds and awaiting a crime to treat the mentally ill does not save tax money. It only redirects tax money to prisons instead of to treatment facilities.

Chronic health conditions like congestive heart failure and kidney failure are treated medically. Only mental illness is treated legally. Only mentally challenged people are shot or Tasered to death when they experience health crises - which is a circumstance that should be avoided by community care under an assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) program so that no hospitalization or incarceration would be necessary.

The criminal justice system must wait until AFTER there is a crime to act. If mental illness was not criminalized, our communities would be safer, because sick people would not be left untreated unless and until they commit some crime ranging from vagrancy to murders.

Demand an end to criminalizing mental illness. Demand that psychiatric conditions be treated as a chronic medical condition and not as a crime. Ask your congressional representative to reintroduce a bill like H.R.619 to resume health insurance for inpatient care for our mentally ill relatives and neighbors in crises and those who require long-term containment. Demand that AOT programs are enacted and used for psychiatric patients in your communities. AOT programs give subsistence assistance and mandated psychiatric treatment. AOT programs should be ordered for every psychiatric patient exiting a mental hospital or correctional institution to help them avoid future hospitalizations, incarcerations, death-by-police, and homelessness. Give ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL.

I am terrorized, censored, and kept under constant surveillance because I ask and will continue to ask, "What happened to Larry Neal?" I told my elderly mama that I would help her get justice for Larry, thinking it would be sufficient to contract with wrongful death attorneys. The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm worked for the jail behind our backs and never filed suit and did not even start any investigation, although the unethical attorneys pretended to do so for almost a year while the statute of limitations ran. The managing partner of the Memphis office of The Cochran Firm, Julian Bolton, Esq., was himself a long-standing member of the Shelby County Commission, and the firm took our case in a deliberate, hidden conflict of interest in order to defraud us and prevent the lawsuit for Larry's murder. Then the courts in Georgia protected The Cochran Firm from our lawsuits for its dirty fraud. Dog abuse/murder is investigated and prosecuted in the United States. But mentally ill people's right to life is not protected, especially black people's. Mentally ill people in America deserve DOG JUSTICE.

I spoke with Press TV about America's high prison rate, especially African American mentally ill inmates. Mentally challeged people of all races are imprisoned, but African Americans are imprisoned at a higher rate than whites. Many sick people are brutalized and killed by police officers and jail guards like my brother Larry Neal, who was secretly arrested for 18 days and killed in Memphis Shelby County Jail in 2003. A reporter attempted to call me last week and reached a fake recording saying that my phone was out of service (678)531.0262. She then called Dr. Short to notify him that she could not reach me by phone, and I was on the phone with Dr. Short at that very moment! Being African Americans, my family is denied any records and accountability whatsoever about Larry's weeks of secret incarceration and his death. Furthermore, our phones and computers are illegally monitored and controlled to limit disclosure about Larry and my advocacy for other people to be treated justly. Although white mental patients are abused or killed like Kelly Thomas was in Fullerton, California, white families are not then isolated and terrorized to cover-up their relatives' deaths. No family is "made whole" after a police murder by receiving monetary compensation. However, lawsuits follow wrongful deaths and should act as deterrents for police violence. Kelley Thomas' mother was offered a one-million-dollar settlement for her son's horrible beating death. On the contrary, my mother, a black woman, had her phone taken over to prevent our disclosures about my brother's death. That is racism.
