DogJusticeforMentallyIll Blog Archive to July 1, 2016

Please help give Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) and help people who experience a greater risk of incarceration because of mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions. Read hundreds of reasons why your help is needed in our Blog Archives. Each article exposes abuses of power and deaths of from one to five people who are or were labeled as being mentally ill (the archive is updated as new articles are added). Presently, the list covers from January 1, 2012 to through July 2016.

Homelessness, imprisonment, and death must cease being America's responses to serious mental illness. Please discuss mental illness and share our articles to help dispel the stigma of this common, treatable health condition. We must protect mentally challenged Americans from human rights violations that occur all too often and are frequently covered up, as indicated in the articles listed below and in our Blog Archive on the right margin of "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog. Secondly, help support our work to decriminalize mental illness and protect the human rights of prisoners and all people through PayPal donations at https://www.paypal.me/HumanRightsDemand >> Thirdly, please hear and share AIMI's radio broadcasts at "Human Rights Demand" and NNIA1 channels on Blogtalkradio. Dialogue continues beneath the list of articles.

Our fellow citizens who are either children, elderly, or stricken with mental and physical disabilities must be able to rely on their villages to protect their rights. Even the right to life is frequently disregarded in America for persons with mental disabilities. Ignoring the mental health challenges unless and until someone experiencing psychotic episodes proves (usually through violence) to be a danger to self and others has led to an incarceration epidemic among our most vulnerable citizens, and 1.25 million such persons are imprisoned in the United States now. Taxpayers are billed over $100 billion annually for their warehousing, usually in cruel solitary confinement for at least part of the internment but sometimes for decades.

Help AIMI to say, "That's enough! We demand safer communities for ourselves and our vulnerable neighbors who suffer from a common, treatable health condition. We will no longer stand moot while government officials withhold treatment before tragedies in order to help prison investors benefit from long prison terms after avoidable crises."

Power concedes nothing without a demand; it never has, and it never will. ~Frederick Douglass.

Help AIMI make a human rights demand for the decriminalization of mental illness by sharing our articles and the expense of advocacy at https://www.paypal.me/HumanRightsDemand >> After the first ten(10) years, we published a pay scale, but our clients are generally unable to pay for our services, having been rendered insolvent by their legal battles to save loved ones. http://marylovesjustice.blogspot.com/2014/07/prisoner-advocacy-offered-human-rights.html >> For the most part, mentally ill people are entangled in the legal system rather than treated in private medical facilities precisely because they are poor and have little hope of obtaining substantial financial support from their families. Your gifts will help them to have a voice.

Thank you for caring and sharing this news and the expense of advocacy.

Thank you for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.
It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. That happens to mentally ill people routinely in the nation's correctional facilities. What happened to Larry Neal? Why are we still asking that question after nearly 13 years, since August 1, 2003? Cover-ups regarding the wrongful deaths of mentally challenged inmates and free people in the USA are common and vile.

Mentally Ill People Deserve Dog Justice!
Mentally Ill Americans Need Dog Justice. Treat mental illness medically, not legally.
(1) Support the H.R. 2646 "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." The U.S. congressional bill was recently passed by the House of Representatives with almost unanimous support. This bill will help stop recidivism, resume Medicaid insurance for inpatients in certain facilities, and address other needed changes.
(2) Support "AIMI vs. USA" to compensate mentally ill people and their families for health discrimination.
(3) Support Bernie Sanders' bill H.R.3543 to end contracts with private prison companies.
(4) Help share the cost of advocating to decriminalize mental illness in the USA at PayPal

I will post a video of why our human rights blogs have no depository featured for public assistance at our YouTube channel "MaryLovesJustice Neal" and on our CreateSpace videos, which will be available for order or possibly come free with a purchase of "The Cochran Firm Fraud" book. Videos reveal extreme censorship and persecution human rights advocates face from prison investors, with law enforcement ignoring requests for relief from destruction of property and other crimes.
